I'm a big T/P fan, and that has always crossed my mine. Me, I perfer Trunks/Pan, Uub/Bra and Goten/Paris or Goten/Marron. I can see how and why T/P can work, but for the life of me, I cannot see what people see in Goten/Bra. There never was any indication that there could ever be a romance between the two.
That and after rading so many T/P fic that JUST have to include G/B, I have developed a deep hatred to G/B couplings. I wont even read a fic that has G/B in it. Even the ones that dont have it in the beginning, but evently do get G/B, that alone turns me off a fic.
But I'm glad you posted your thought. Maybe this will give those G/B fans something to think about (evil grin.....) |

I have noticed this too and i think that it's awesome that you pointed that fact out on MediaMiner. Do ignore those, such as fvaeg, who misinterpret the reason why you posted your point.
It isn't really incest when you think about though. At least i don't think so. It's just Bulma and Vegeta's family bangin' people in Goku and Chichi's family. Marriage doesn't indicate same blood but when same blood are having sex together...that's incest. Also another idea i had is, Perhaps their all doing it simply keeping Saiyajin blood flowing between the two families. Kinda like how some Italians only marry other Italians.
*chuckles a bit* ANYWAYS....I'm glad you posted that idea becuase i'm sure it opened some people's minds. It makes you kinda laugh.

People don't care if they are related or not by marriage. They think "Oh, OK... Pan and Trunks would look cute together and then lets stick Bra and Goten together" or vis versa. They don't put too much thought into the couples because becoming what ever in laws ... well it's a cartoon and hey, it can happen. As long as its not incest and it's entertaining, I really don't care. Though I am a P/V fan. |

O.k., I'm back and I've got more to say. I think you should relax and just let it go. I'm not flaming or nothing I'm just saying okay. Goten/Bra is a good couple, and THAT coming YAOI GIRL!!! Trunks/Pan......okay. You wanna know what couples you should really really REALLY worry about if you hate incest so much. Vegeta/Trunks Goku/Gohan Goten/Gohan Trunks/Bra. This might sound weird, but I rather like those couples. You see, incest/yaoi/yuri whatever shows a strange, sick, yet entertainingly cool twist in fics, especially dark ones and lemons. They didn't invent the rating NC-17 for nothing you know. Forget about what I said above. Please girl, this is fanfiction not real life. In real life this would be wrong in more was then one, and we would need to call Springer, but it's not. They make fanfiction to help most of us escape from real life because it sucks half the time. Either that or just for the recognition LOL. So, I think you've kinda made your point. Don't try to stop Trunks/Pan Goten/Bra fics. They're good het couples (better then Bulma and Vegeta *pulls out blow torch and chases after Bulma*) Kill the bitch, kill the slut, KILL THE PUSSY WET COCK SUCKER!!!!!!! |

Actually I never thought about it. Being a Yaoi fan and all that.
But now that you mentionned it ................. I have only one thing to say, hate to be the one who have to make the family tree!
Same thing when there is Goten/Trunks, Vegeta/Goku and/or Bardock/King Vegeta and one of the older saiyin is pregnant. Now try to do this family connection!

I agree with you; i always thought the same thing. Also i don't think Fvaeg should start getting on you, about her issue with pan/ vegeta fics. If that person has a problem with those types of fics then they should take the time and write about it like you did. |

Have you ever thought about this? Why the hell are you protesting the fact that T/p g/b would be unbiologically related on mediaminer? HELLO! the people on mediaminer would'nt give a rats ass if they were biologically realated, if you did'nt notice incest is a common theme in storys here. and for the reviewer that spoke about the age difference, it would really be better if you ranted on about pan/vegeta or yamucha/marron romances cause theres alot more to worry about there. Open your freakin eyes theres alot more things to be going and makin statements about than family by marriage and a 14 year age gap. |

I totally agree with you. But the main reason Trunk/Pan Goten/Bra don't go together is because of the age deferance. Think about it. On the show, Trunks is 17 while Pan is 4, for a fact. There is too huge a generation gap for it to work. Same with Goten being 16 and Bra being...probably 4 as well. It's not the uncles and step...whatevers that's the real problem because unbiological incest is not rare, therefore it shouldn't be an actual concern. Whereas the generation gap going on. They're all half human, meaning they all should give half a damn. If you see a problem in Trunks/Pan Goten/Bra pairings, what I just mentioned is the REAL problem. Yet, you're dealing with a chicky who thinks Trunks/Goten Pan/Bra are the rockin' couples. I'm a yaoi/yuri person really, but I do see your point. Finally someone starts making some sense around here, geez. |
