Wow, I just loved this! You did a really good job of maintaining the mood throughout the story. It was really disturbing at times, like during the flashback, when all the Dragon Slayers are so confident that they'll succeed, and me, the reader, knows their going to die. Very sad. ;_; I really like the way you interspersed the "flashbacked" lines throughout the fight too. It was really effective. Actually, I saw your fic on ff.net, but it wouldn't come up properly. Stupid ff.net. So I'm happy I could read it here. =) |
