i just finished reading your score arc. all of the stories within were wonderful. just brilliant! i love all of your stories but your 1x5 fics are my absolute favourites. when you write, i can't help but laugh the whole way through. why does heero need a monster bed? i'll tell you why, so that he can roll around on it with wufei! ha ha. i absolutely adored seeing heero get jealous over one jake cantworth jr., it's not often that people who write fics make heero jealous because they can't do it and still keep heero in character. but you can. you make him possessive and i can really see heero acting in such a manner. i love how wufei keeps his character too - aggravating heero. yes, that's very wufeish. yet at the same time, he can be sweet with heero, trusting him in the bedroom. (here i fan myself after reading the bedroom scene, mmmm... drenched licks...). the commentary by duo was an absolute delight, i found it added tenfold to the humour of the first and last story. the second story to the arc was even better than the first. at the beginning i feared that you were going to make it a threesome and i was cringing and covering my eyes alternatively. then i discovered that it wasn't and i cheered in glee. lucky wufei to have heero handcuffed and at his mercy. it was fantastic to see heero so POSSESSIVE. i love fics where heero is possessive or gets jealous easily. it makes for great reading. i also loved the line 'and wufei was lying on heero the human pillow'. so cute. too cute. it was great how wufei could get away with everything because heero let him. they really are the perfect pairing. in your third story i liked it how they grew closer, understanding each other more, discovering that they were happy together regardless of how difficult life was. it was a very emotional story that i enjoyed reading. and the fourth story. poor wufei, not sure how to deal with the fact that his friends knew he was gay. i can really see him reacting in such a manner. running away without a word. i am just glad that heero managed to get him to go back home with a bit of *persuading*. i would have to say that the final story was the perfect ending to your arc. it was the sweetest. the two of them flirting with eachother, showing eachother emotions, though different from how normal people do it, but still there. and the ending, holding hands and enjoying the fireworks and the sunset. a very, very lovely ending. i just wish that you had written more, but all good things must come to an end i suppose. i also read your latest 1x5 fic and that one too was emotional. it was so sad, but still good at the end, that last line made it all worth it 'i don't mind waiting'. do you intend to write more 1x5 fics in the near future? i adore your writing and wouldn't mind reading more of your stories, especially if it is 1x5. please say that you will! you are a stunning author. an amazing author who can mix humour with a variety of emotions including sadness, happiness, love and a whole bunch of others that for the life of me i can't think of right now. as a compliment to you, the only other 1x5 story i've ever read as good as this one is 'the arrangement' by maldoror. i like to think of that as a compliment to my two favourite heero/wufei authors. have you read it? do you know of any other good 1x5/5x1 stories? if you do, i'd love to hear from you. whew, this has turned into a veritable essay, but how could i not show my appreciation to one of my favourite authors. the temptation was too much to resist. especially as i wrote maldoror a long review too. ciao bella and good luck!

A perfect ending (or beginning, really) to one of my favorite 1x5 arcs. They still have a few issues and quirks to work out, but they are starting. By the way, the part with the holding hands at the end. Sweet, absolutely sweet.
I just enjoyed this whole arc. The characters, especially with your Wufei (Mmm.. yummy Wufei), and their interaction with each other. *sigh* You know.. I'm almost sad it has ended.
By the way, I'm your thinker? I think.. no, I know that we're in trouble now. |
