Wait there's something you didn't explain. Uo TOUCHED Kyo and he didn't change into the cat. Doesn't 'ruffling someones hair' usually include touching BOTH the persons skin AND hair?? From Kyo's expression, he DID feel that, didn't he? So why didn't he change the SECOND Uo's hand came in contact with him?

Wow, this is such a good fic! It may very well be the best Fruits Basket fic I've ever read.
Also, I'm a big Haru fan, and there's not too many fics with him as a major character out there, so it's quite refreshing.
