Okay, this is basicly a summary of One Piece up to chapter 13. How is a summary fanfiction? The only thing you added to it was briefly mentioning it was 30 years later. What, no story about those 30 years? This isn't very ambitious, to say the least. Your spelling is awful in the story summary.
