I really enjoyed this. It was excellently well-written. The way you interpreted Yugi and Yami was fascinating. I don't mean to be forward, but I do have one suggestion: putting the words of the poem in bold or some other way of differentiating them from the rest of the story. I did think it was neat how you used the lines of the poem to switch POVs. Very nicely done. starline

Dude, I love the idea of a strong Yugi that you've created here so much. And it is the truth, what you write here is the truth, because phiolosphically and religiously speaking, darkness can only hide things, while light can never be stopped and has the power to annihilate things. The Almighty is pure light and he can smite us within a moment and nobody can do anything against it. But Lucifer can do nothing id we try to keep ourselves with the Almighty and hold onto Him, Lucifer can only try and coax us into darkness, into sin, for that is what he is, but he holds no true power over us. And in the end, the Light of the Almighty will smite him,a nd he can do nothing against that. Really good and realistic picturization. I call for an encore, a longer fic with multiple chapters, please

Excellent fanfic. I love the way Yami looks and Yugi and vice versa - and it jives with what I've always felt about Yugi.

Awwww, sooooo cute! This is the best YGO fic I have read. The only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to tell when it was Yami's point of view or Yuugi's.

At first i was going to beg you to post the second half here too, but it feels finished as it is now. However, I don't think anyone would mind if you posted any continuation of this here *grin.* Anyway, I never really thought about their relationship this way before, well not knowingly. I mean, it makes sense that Yugi has power too, but to think he's the half that can destroy the world . . . it just. . . fits. Just one thing, try screwing around with your Italics again. I only saw the first line Italicized, and it made it hard to tell what lines came from the poem (which you were aperently useing to indicate P.O.V. shifts, thus it was a bit hard to tell when you shifted from Yami to Yugi and vice versa).
