I've been meaning to leave you a review for this one-shot for a while. I'd come across it the other day, enjoyed it, and then being the lazy person that I sometimes am, didn't leave a review(bad me!!). But I have to confess....I could NOT get the image of a fading Kikyou trying to extract her revenge on an otherwise preoccupied Inuyasha out of my mind. Your words totally stuck with me...and I just loved it. Especially because Inuyasha had the good sense NOT to be tempted by her. He chose life and Kagome (big happy smile for that!). Soo...just wanted to let you know that this was a fic that left a strong impression on my mind! :)

I enjoyed the approach you took to the "fullfilling the promise" senario because your style was interesting. For some reason I thought the story was dealing with Sesshoumaru, but that might have been because of mental biases on my part. Keep up the good work.
