This would be a good fic... If some of the stuff here weren't jumbled up. First up: I know it's a fanfic, but Dr. Robotnik has always been Dr. Robotnik. He even adressed the issue in Sonic Adventure when Sonic called him Eggman. (I still don't understand SA2's reasoning, though.) Second, you're messing up a little too much on the names, like messing up Sleet and Dingo, or calling Serena "Sakura". If it was once, it would be forgivable, but it gets recurring. The story feels a little bland, especially on the Sailor Moon sector. Clearly you had more of a Sonic mentality going in the fic. Also, by itself, the humor isn't really that great. Weak puns, bad jokes... not much to laugh at. Now don't take this too hard. I'm not saying this fic is bad, but certainly it needs some rework, and maybe a bigger focus on the action.
