Oh...*sniffle* You are totally not alone, trust me. I'm OBSESSED with this pairing (or...maybe I'm just obsessed with Cougar...hehehe), and this was beautiful. I can picture it happening, too, which makes it even more poignant. I mean, Ryuhou and Mimori are cute, I suppose, but...how can you resist a guy like Cougar??? *puddle of fangirl goo* Wonderful job!

I'm so glad I found this. I too have a soft spot for this pairing, and your one-shot was absolutely beautiful. Hopeful and tragic at the same time...perfect!

heylo, im fairly new to the series but i enjoy it alot. the first episode i thought to pair up Ryuho and Mimori but as i kept watching the series that didnt seem quite right especially after the character Cougar was properly introduced, the pairing just seems to fit right into the story as if it were a puzzle piece. well anyway i really enjoyed it and í truly hope you DO write more of them!

I always had a soft spot for a Cougar/Mimori pairing, some reason it seems a lot better than Ryuhou/Mimori! Don't know why but it does! I also love how you began this, whether if it is a one shot or not, you should consider writing more on this subject! I would be looking forward to it! =^^=

Hi, I just wanted to tell you I thought this was a very sweet fic. I've only just started delving into this anime and can't wait till it starts coming on CN the 28th. While I was looking up sites so I could get background on the characters and stuff, Cougar just leapt out at me as a memorable character. Not just his rugged good looks but his profile just screamed to me to like him the best out of all the characters. And since I am not into yaoi I tried to find one of the female characters that I thought would suite him. And Mimori seemed to fit the bill (especially when I read about him getting her name wrong most times, that above all just screamed Pair Me Up!) Now, as soon as I get to watch some episodes I plan on writing a fic for this pairing. Thanks for writing this one, it was great and I hope you write more!
