Oh man, that was FUNNY! A drunk Ranma is always good for some laughs. Really sweet to. You've truly created a masterful blend of funny and romantic.

Style: It's okay...but it could use some work. For example, your opening with dialog is rather confusing, even after you realize who is speaking what.
Mechanics: They're actually pretty good. I didn't have too much of a problem with them.
Orginality: The whole 'Let's get Ranma drunk and have him confess' has been done countless times before. If you had gone a little deeper with it, it would have been better, and the ending was way too....easy. It just went together too well. There was no real conflict.
Enjoyment: I would have enjoyed it more if you had gone a little deeper into Ranma and Akane's mind, and gave the entire thing a little more depth to it.
