this was beautiful..i loved it. and i'm not putting a ten for your story just because I enjoyed it so I'm ignoring all the other aspects that make a good story, you really deserved it. I can't believe this is your first story..it was breathtaking and I almost cried (I don't easily cry). The thing that got to me the most is that they never had a chance to be together, right when they began re-discovering each other they were pulled apart again. They never even got married. *sighh* But I think that sad things have a type of beauty that can't be recaptured with any other emotion, and honestly they show just how strong a person is if they are able to live through it. You captured the emotion beautifully. Two thumbs up!

omg, that was so sad and heart wrenching. i can't believe i'm crying over people that aren't even real. i really thought kaoru was going to live. i can't get over how sad that was.

This fanfic is so touching. I love how you portray the characters so well. You make it seem as if this truly did happen right before our eyes. I love this piece alot. And I think you're a talented writer. I long to see more of your fanfics. Sayonara!

wow.....im speechless... that just might be the best kenshin fic i have evr read. when yo descride a character's feelings, i felt them too, it was like i was in the story....absolutely marvolous

Absolutely beautiful angst. I loved how the story unfolded, hinting subtly here and there before giving the angst. Very well written and flowed nicely to let one visualize what was happening, and feel what the characters were feeling. Keep up the wonderful work and hope to see more Best Wishes ;)
