Ok, WHAT?! Tsunde would NEVER appoint Sasuke as her successor. EVER. The only reason she accepted the position, was because Naruto talked her into it, with HIS passion to one day have the job. HIS father was Yondaime. The necklace he wears, belonged to the FIRST Hokage. The only reason Naruto wouldn't have gotten the position, would be if the bigoted elders FORCED Tsunde into giving it to the betrayer Sasuke. You've not even really given a good REASON that she would have picked Sasuke. It's not like he was ever around much while she was in Konoha.
