great drabble! simple and short, but effective. love the simplicity of their conversation, but the words seem to hold so much more meaning. I love Mwu/Murrue so much (and it's so hard to find good fics for them), and you did them justice, so thank you. I esp love the ending. I really thought he was there until the end, great job to keep the reader guessing. sad, but beautiful at the same time (and love the gentle intimacy there too) only nitpick I have is that Murrue would call Mwu by his first name at this point.

Beautifully elegant. So little wording but explicitly written, I've never read a Murrue/Mwu fic that is so touching. Some grammer problems I found, but other than that, it was perfect.

*sniffles* Funny how sometimes the less words used bring the most powerful effects. WELL DONE! This truly was an angsty one-shot. I absolutely loved it!!!! I'm a HUGE (not to mention adoring) fan of Mwu/Murrue, and I'm glad someone else decided to write this pairing. It's so hard to find a half-decent fic of this pairing (but yours is SO far from half-decent. It's an absolute MASTERPIECE) It's tragic that he had to die, no? (Especially the way he did ... so heroic!) I thoroughly enjoyed this drabble of yours. (I normally don't enjoy drabbles as much as I did this). Keep up the awesome work!!!! From this drabble, I can honestly conclude that you are an amazing, talented, and MASTERFUL author. I'm anxious to read your other/future works. Clarissa Ann Mirko
