A very good story with a lot of information to remember, though it took me a long time to read through every chapter. You were right about the Pokemon, they were easily recognisable throughout the story, the description was fantastic. I must tell you though, that people who are not accustomed to these complicated English words will have problems with your fan-fiction (they will find it boring and hard to read), for some words I needed the Dictionary. None the less I enjoyed it, even if I did manage to find some mistakes. (Only in the first chapter) Other than that I can only tell you that you have a great vocabulary and really good writing skills.
