That was very touching and on point with the overall Kagome arc of the InuYasha storyline. Her patience is, in a word, ASTOUNDING! I loved this one so much I was tempted to copy and paste it, for goodness sakes! LOL! It...touched me. Great job!

it is a shame that takahashi-sama didn't write the group playing more than the one time they played 'jankenpon' (rock-paper-scissors) in the manga or anime. it is nice when authors would think to write opportunities like that for a boy who in his relatively long life had never really had a childhood or many chances to have fun... even if it is a subtle glancing game. wonderful insights. ~ a pleasure, ginny

it's like when you find an abused animal, you have to gain it's trust then small touches and light strokes moving slowly so as not to frighten. treats for acceptable and trusting behavior... lovely hopeful sentiments ~ thank you, ginny
