Despite the idiocy of many readers (and writers) It wasn't all that hard to spot the friendship. Of course I have no life and read into things to much for my own health. Its cool that Duo got adopted and I thought the ending was good cause I watch to many cold case files and they always end like that in some way (as do alot of law and order shows) so I don't think you should change it. I understand that it makes you lose all creativity when you feel obligated, thats why I have like 3 unfinished story's out of like 4. I'm off to see if anyone else has story's that'll bogle my mind as much as yours did. Kepp writing and may the evil plot bunny's bite you soon!!! ~Kao

yay, I absolutly love this story, poor Duo almost being stranggled to death, and in a way I fell sorry for Heero, I really think he liked Duo, he just felt hurt that Duo might be involed in the case. well can't wait till the next part is out. Keep up the good work. :P |

Ack, I knew I knew this style of humor. Been bugging me as much as a mosquito's buzzing does when you're trying to sleep, ever since I started reading this story, somewhere about the first chapter. (Always a good place to start which I've found out from long, extensive, coffee-induced hours of research.)
Could have stuck a four story green neon sign, complete with clashing color dancing pigs dancing around it in front of my face and I wouldn't have noticed until the Blackadder and/or Faulty Towers comments. (Cunning plan, lienent(sp?), Pandora's box)
*sighs* Anyway, good luck with the rest of the story, though it doesn't seem like you need it. You've regurgitated more chapters in the past two months then I have in a year. *scowls* (Due to the unfortunate, terminal disease that I have contracted called procrastination and one of its nasty side effects that I affectionally call writer's block.)
Looking forward to the next installment.

I love. I love! You manage to, GASP, put Duo in this situation and yet keep him quintessentially Duo -- a smart-ass, impatient, strong, tough, determined, etc. I love how you don't milk the leukemia angle unduly for angst and how you focus on Duo's struggle to SURVIVE (which has always been a priority of canon-Duo in manga and anime) vs. some faux-gothy dripping-of-angst euthanasiac desire. (Yes, I'm aware 'euthanasiac' is not a word, but you understand me. :D)

ohh, thats mean, a cliff hanger, but I feel that Hilde and Relena shouldn't have told Duo, now he's flipping out. love it, can't wait till the next chapter is out. |
