Just an excellent POV fic. The switching is effortless and just moves the story along. I love how close these two are, yet so far away. Nevertheless, you can see the outcome and cheer for it. You might consider removing the song lyrics. They're not necessary. Your own writing is poetry enough.

I love the ending! Oh, it's perfect!
You know, you have been my main source of inspiration for first person/present POV writing ever since I read "Granted". I was beside myself when I saw that you finally wrote a G/T fic, especially since the epic I'm writing is inspired by your style and is also G/T! I've been waiting for this forever!
Your characterization is dead on (as usual) and the emotion is perfect. I love the way you have portrayed their relationship - realistic for them, instead of mountains of unbelieveable yaoi crap like most G/T fics have! *gag* I was waiting to see a Goten/Trunk from you! My wish has been fullfilled!!!
Now on to your next update for "Granted"...

I can't BELIEVE I haven't reviewed this yet!!
You know, ever since the first time I read this, a couple of weeks ago, I keep thinking about it. I'll be doing something mundane, and find that this fic is running itself through my head, and I'm loving every bit of it over again. Most fics I read and then forget about them with the next fic I find, but this one has really stuck with me! It's just so beautiful, and so well written,and just wonderful!!
I'm going to agree with your other reviewers that I'd LOVE to see a follow up to this fic, when you get around to it!! I'd so enjoy seeing what happens the next night when they get together! Will Goten finally figure out the clues Trunks is sending him? Will Trunks get up the nerve to smack some sense into Goten? You never fail me, Pareathe. Every time I read a fic of yours, I am truly moved by your writing. The emotion that comes through this fic from both POVs is trememdous. AWWWWWWW!!!!!! It's sooooo sweet!! So cute! I really love the write man! I thought I'd never find you again after you stopped posting on ff.net. ^__^ So glad I found you again!
