I would love to see this continue as well as the other's but I can more then understand you being uncomfortable to do so. However you've aproached this so differently then I've ever read and I feel that it deserves a proper end it's almost like, to me anyway, that Kagome and Inuyasha are cry out for a resolution in this story. and that must be where it's most dificult, how does one get over a betryal like that from either side of it. It's very compeling and real, there arn't many stories like that in this fandom not even from our most talented authors.

I have never come across a fic like this. Usually any affection Inu Yasha choses to send Kagome's way no matter how rough seems welcome. The way the two are reacting to the event you can see Inu Yaasha's weakness and Kagome's strenght. I read it through twice and one thing struck out the most, who do you feel sorry for the most?

yay you updated I know this story is about rape, etc but I am enjoying it. So many have Kagome be all happy like right after it happens which is so bogus. And the fact that Inuyasha did it even if he is a product of his envirnment will still be hard for Kagome. It will also be hard for Inuyasha because he knows he did it and that things are different between time so what he did 'might' be accepted in his time but not Kagome's they have alongs road ahead of them. Update again soon please

Interesting. I like the story. A bit sad but it is more towards reality of the times. Men did take what they wanted. Women were seen as property and not as human beings. Varrying degress of environmental circumstances. I would like to see how this story goes. Keep up the good work.

Interesting. I also think along the same thoughts as you about rape. It is the most awful thing to happen to anyone male or female. It is a shame to know 80% of all rapes are done by someone the victim knows, more often the not a boyfriend or husband. It is a horrible and completely damaging action. But people can recover. And in this context of this story, it may be able to be overcome and they have a stable relationship. I see rape the same as abuse. It is in the same context, something done against another for power and control over them. My sister-in-law was in an abusive relationship with my edler brother. He had anger issues and was taking it out on her. He was never abusive enough to put her in the hospital but he did hit her. She didn't leave. He sought help. He got it. He doesn't do that anymore. Their love has held them together. And now he has a kid. It can be overcome. It all depends on the person, the environment, the circumstance, and the relation of the two involved. Anything can be forgiven it all depends on whether or not is worth it and if you can trust that person ever again. I say this, for I like this story. I think she should continue it if you want to. I have seen far worse and more degrading and more of the old myth stories about rape. The old myth that the girl enjoys it. In fastasy that may be true. But never in real life. Never is it really enjoyable. It is always damaging. But they can overcome it and find peace and happiness. It's different for ev |

I'm so glad you got back to this story. This was a interesting additon to what you had previously. To see Inuyasha's reaction, who while a product of the time he comes from also understanding of her time, contrasted with Myouga who just has the mores and values of the Fuedal time period is different than what you usually see. We typically expect him to behave as if he was from the present and he isn't. The two reactions together as well as Kagome's reaction from the previous chapter kind of meld the two sets of morals together and while I agree with Myouga, eventually she will forgive Inuyasha and be glad he chose her, she also is shocked and confused, her time is differnt and what occured isn't accepted there. My only complaint is that I wanted more. I hope you decide to continue with this soon.
