This is very well done. I have to agree with Saiko Senshi: Arwen's lips are way too dark. Another comment I have is that I was just wondering what she's wearing 'cause it looks kinda.....plain. Usually she wears clothes that are fancy or have lots of colors so....yeah. But it's still a extraordinary picture! You should do Legolas or Eowyn, too....

It is very nice, and yes, quite surprising that it's done in photoshop ^__^ The only thing that doesnt seem quite right is the color of her lips. They seem a bit too dark to me...
