I've always liked the idea of these two together since I first understood the kind of friendship/atagonist relationship these two had. It's very entertaining. ^^ I'm like ' Just admit it, you like each each other.' I wasn't sure what I was going to draw. I was thumbing through myart books and I thought, ' Hey I remember the first Jou/Mai pic I drew. It sucked Why don't I remedy that?' It hair pulling to get Mai's forms and clothes right. I got the pose idea from my art drawing book, but I was constantly repeating ' don't copy the style, make it look like who it's supposed to look like.' The female form in the book was WAY too filled out for Mai and the guy's physique was bigger than Jounouchi's, so I had to work around it all. Ne way! I'm pleased with the end results! Even if it is almost 2:00 in the morning and I should be in bed! |
