Implied Clow x Yue, perhaps Yue x Syaoran… Cerberus x harem girls
Chapter 7
Yue did not return to him after that night. Syaoran shrugged it off as a one-time thing, although losing his virginity just like that rankled slightly. No matter.
Yue trusted him…
It was odd, being trusted. Ruby Moon simply used him because she knew he was one of the best, but she didn't trust him.
The Cards trusted him as well, that was even odder.
Still, he sensed that Yue was sorrowful… or in desperate need of music, because since their return from the Sun Kingdom, Yue had summoned him every other day, with both flute and voice.
What was wrong?
Surely, Yue could not have gotten worse than he already was, could he have? It made no sense…
The other thing that made no sense was how the cards within the castle had integrated themselves with him, much like the four he carried. Either Yue suspected it not, or he didn't care. That was also troubling.
What wheels of fate were turning, and what future lay in store? He could only wait and see…
“What's wrong?”
Rain sighed. Cloud sighed also. It was so hard to be cheerful in a castle of doom and gloom. Last time they had chased each other down the halls, Master Yue had gotten angry and used Silent…
We're lonely, I suppose.
“Lonely?” Syaoran frowned.
We're not like Snow and Freeze and Fight. We may be weather cards like our siblings, but we're not that cold!
Syaoran blinked. Fight sighed.
They're more aligned with Cerberus-sama, they enjoy life and do not dream of eternal slumber as Yue-sama does. His silence is hard on them.
“I see…”
That's why we now stay in card form. It's no fun outside.
Syaoran accepted their reasoning, and took a sip from his glass of lemonade. Yue would probably call him soon, it had been two days since his last summons…
His voice had gotten better, with practice. Song said he was a fine musician already, but still, more practice never hurt!
Voice had tried to steal his voice, to no avail.
There were fifteen cards in his possession now, all moon-based, of course. Like attracted like magic, didn't it?
Maybe he was attracted to Yue and just didn't know it… that was a disturbing thought! He shook his head.
He had to concentrate on his work…
Yue closed his eyes as he felt the harsh notes break over his head again. This time, it was Storm, yes; the song resonated with the personality of the Clow Card…
Ever since his return from Cerberus's domain, he had felt worse… bringing up happy memories from Clow's time had only served to increase his longing for his deceased Master…
Yue shook his head. Enough! The past was past, and yet, he somehow - he couldn't seem to move past it…
Surely the period of mourning he had spent was enough… he ought to take Cerberus's advice.
Still, finding a gaggle of female harlots to satisfy his cravings was scarcely what the dignified moon angel wanted.
Perhaps…
Syaoran's eyes were closed as music continued to flow from his flute, pale fingers dancing over the keys.
The child was quite lovely, and he was close by, and hopefully willingly. If not, he could be coerced.
He would do….
Also, it would keep Yue's magic levels safe from depletion. It would work perfectly. “Syaoran.”
He stopped the melody, focusing. “Yes, Yue-sama?”
“Come here.”
Syaoran frowned at the unusual order, but lay his flute down on the cushion he had been upon and walked to the throne, proper behavior as usual… not daring to meet Yue's eyes…
As he knelt down next to the throne, however, he was lifted up… his chin caught in a ruthless hold, as amethyst-edged silver met his eyes.
“Yes, you are quite lovely, moon-child…”
Syaoran swallowed, not daring to believe this…. Surely Yue wasn't going to…
Oh lord, he was…
He submitted meekly to the man's desires, and when his lusts were sated, Create whisked him off to his room where he was bathed, dried, dressed, and fed…
What have I gotten myself into?
I thought he wouldn't do it again, truly I did! Erase sounded panicked.
Well, apparently… Yue-sama was… rather attracted enough to continue his actions. Time stated.
Syaoran sighed. “I never expected this when I signed up for the job.”
Silent shook her head. None did. The future is constantly in motion, and even Time can never tell what is truth there…
Still, did he hurt you?
“I'm fine, Snow.”
That's wonderful. But I did not mean your physical pain.
“Oh, you mean… I can deal with it.”
Return carefully checked him over. No damage. Yue-sama doesn't like broken things. Don't worry; if you ever get hurt I can heal you.
“Thank you…”
The only thing that makes Yue happy is Clow, so why on earth did he sleep with me? Syaoran stared up at the ceiling, glittering white as the rest of the furnishings. It made no sense…
Unless Yue had somehow sensed Clow's blood…
I wonder…
“Libra?”
Yes, Syaoran-sama?
“Why are you calling me that? I'm not a guardian.”
You will understand in time. What do you require of me?
“What is Ruby Moon trying to accomplish?”
Ah, now you ask the correct question… and images flashed before his eyes, sharply… so that was why!
She planned to resurrect Clow Reed, and bring the kingdom of Clow back, but in order to do so; she needed his blood and magic…
Since Yue had been Clow's favorite - he was the only one Clow had loved, for a few years before his death - she wanted his blood and magic.
Syaoran shuddered. Perhaps this wasn't such a good idea…
