Chapter 7: What Now? What Must I Do?

"Will he be ok?" - Shizuka

"I hope so." - Albert

Back at Dr. Kozumi's house, the cyborgs met Mana, a.k.a 0022. Dr. Gilmore was repairing Yami's injuries while Mana told her story.

"So you were supposed to kill us with 0021, but you say you couldn't?" - Joe

"That would be against my code." - Mana

"What code?" - Jet

"I cannot hurt the pharaoh..." - Mana

"I knew something was familiar about you!" - Bakura

At that moment, Dr. Gilmore walked in.

"So, howz da diagnoses, doc?" - Jyonochi

"0015 will live, but he will need his rest for about three days." - Dr. Gilmore

"How does Yami get into trouble a lot now?" - Jyonochi

"He's the strongest cyborg of all. No one can match him." - Dr. Gilmore

"Boy, this is becoming like when Malik tried to grab his puzzle and send him to You-Know-Where..." - Jyonochi

"Oni-chan!" - Shizuka

"I can't believe this, but he's right. What if Yami Malik came back to kill Yami?" - Kaiba

"Tch...That can't happen! He's in the Shadow Realm. Only another Millenium Item could bring him back." - Bakura

"Please don't say that! Brings back that memory in Duelist Kingdom." - Jyonochi

"You mean that big fat guy disguise as niisama?" - Mokuba

"ARGH! I TOLD NOT TA REMIND ME!!!" - Jyonochi

Everyone laughed while Jyonochi was looking really pissed, and the look of nearly throwing up.

"By the way, how were you captured 0022?" - Jet

Mana went quiet and ran out of the room.

"Look what you did, Jet!" - Shizuka

Shizuka ran after Mana while everyone glared at Jet.

"What?! What did I say?!" - Jet

Mana was standing on the beach, looking at the sky. She thought of that day...that horrible day.

"Mana!"

Mana turned around and saw Shizuka running toward her.

"Look. Sorry for what Jet said back there." - Shizuka

"I-it's ok! Really!...Um...Shizuka?" - Mana

"Yeah?" - Shizuka

"RACE YA!" - Mana

Mana began running back to the house, with laughter filling her voice. Shizuka couldn't help, but chase after her.

"HEY! NO FAIR!" - Shizuka

"Where am I?" - 0015

Yami looked around and found himself back at the compound. He walked slowly until he heard distant foot steps.

'Huh?' - Yami

You smiled at me and said,

Yami turned around and saw Yugi, Jyonochi, Anzu, and Honda standing about ten feet infront of him.

"Friends?" - Yami

He was about to run to them, but a dark hole appeared in the ground and sucked Yami.

"AAAAGHHH!" - Yami

Yami fell through the hole, not knowing where it will lead him.

"Wha-what's going on?" - Yami

"Welcome back, 0015."

Yami closed his eyes for a minute then opened them to see Black Ghost infront of him.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT, BLACK GHOST?" - Yami

Black Ghost snapped his fingers, then behind him appeared three large tubes, containing bodies. Yami looked a bit closer and saw unpleasent site.

When you walk away
You don't hear me say please

"AIBOU! ANZU! HONDA!" - Yami

Yami would try to run to them, but something held him in his place.

"What have you done to them, Black Ghost?" - Yami

"They're hurt and injured, so I found them and repaired their bodies." - Black Ghost

"More like robbed them! You turned them into cyborgs!" - Yami

"How about we make a deal?" - Black Ghost

"What deal?" - Yami

"You rejoin Black Ghost and leave those rebels to my new assasins, or you can watch them die.

Yami clenched his fist.

'So, aibou and the others are still alive. Maybe they were captured again and Jyonochi got away. But...I...if...' - Yami

Regardless of warnings the future doesn't scare me at all
Nothing's like before

Yami unclenched his fists, then looked at Black Ghost. His eyes now show no emotions.

"What must I do?" - Yami
