The Saiyan Saga - Part 4 - The Arrivals
I watched as a groups of people stepped off the strange ship.The first was a small boy with
wild hair,he was wearing some kind of orange outfit with a blue shirt.The next boy looked a
little older and had short greyish hair.Next came a woman with a kind of Turquoise coloured
hair.Next came a woman with black hair,she walked out with a man about the same age with
short spiky hair,following them was a young girl who looked like their daughter.Out next was
a man with tall black hair that looked like mine when I powered up to a Super Saiyan,only
his was black.Finally came a man who looked like an older,taller version of the small boy
who left the ship first.
Ryoko(Whispering):Who do you think they are?
Me(Whispering):I don't know,but I'm going to find out.I better not take any risks though.You
stay here.
Ryoko(whispering):Ok.
I jumped up into the air and powered up into a Super Saiyan before landing infront of the
group standing ready to battle.
Me:Alright,who are you and why are you on this planet?
The guy with the tall hair stepped forward.
Man:Insolent boy,do you really think you can beat all of us?
The last guy to step off the ship stepped forward,
Man:Wait!This is his planet,we should explain.
Me:I'm listening.
Man:First I'll introduce everyone.My name is Goku,this is (pointing to the man with the tall
hair) is Vegeta,this is (pointing to the guy with short spiky hair) is my son Gohan and
(pointing to the woman next to him) is his wife Videl,that is (the small girl) Pan,their
daughter,this (the woman with the Turquoise hair) is Bulma,this (the small boy that
looked like Goku) is my second son Goten and this (the small boy with greyish hair) is
Trunks,Bulma's and Vegeta's son.Phew!And who are you?
Me:My name is David.And this...
I turned around and Ryoko stood up and walked over.
Me:Is Ryoko.
Goku:So how are you a Saiyan?We didn't think their were any others.
Me:My parents were off our home planet when Freiza destroyed it.
Goku:Oh.Well you dont have to worry about him,he was killed a few years ago.
Me:Really?Well I guess I wont get my hands on him.
Goku:I guess not.
It was then we could hear a few sirens approaching.
Me:Sounds like we weren't the only one's who saw your ship.Is there any way you can hide it?
Goku:I don't know.Any ideas?
Bulma:The only way I can think of is to bury it.
Gohan:I agree.
Me:Ok,let's blast a hole,put the ship in,cover it over and get out of here.
Videl:But where can we go?
Me:We'll go to my house,we'll make enough room,it's a big house.
Me,Goku and Vegeta quickly blasted a hole in the ground big enough to fit the ship into and
Gohan,Goten,Trunks and Pan lifted the ship and put it into the hole,before all of us covered
the ship over.We moved a tree over the spot so it wouldn't be found and we knew where the ship
was.Anyone who wasn't able to fly was carried to my house.Needless to say my parents were a
little shocked when 10 people walked through the door.They seemed even more shocked at
Vegeta.
Dad:Prince Vegeta,we thought you had been killed.
Vegeta:So,you must be this boys Saiyan parents.
Mom:Yes,we always thought we were the last one's left.
Pan:Dad,I'm tired.
Gohan:I am too a little honey.
Dad:Alright,we'll make room somehow.
Ryoko:I better get home.
Me:Do you want me to take you?
Ryoko:Thanks but I better just call my brother.You'll be a little busy.
Ryoko called her brother who soon came and took her home.The rest of us started to figure
out who would sleep where.
Dad:Alright,Goku's sleeping on the sofa,Gohan,Videl and Pan can sleep in one of the spare
rooms,Vegeta,Bulma and Trunks can have the other spare room and we can set up the
inflatable bed for Goten by the sofa.
Goku:Sounds good.
Vegeta:I suppose it will do.
Once everyone was settled down we all managed to get a good nights sleep.The next morning we
all sat down in the living room to talk.
Me:So why are you here anyway?
Goku:We're looking for something called the Saiyan Crystal.
Vegeta:I assume you have heard of it.
Vegeta looked at my parents.
Me:You're not the first people to come looking for the crystal here.
Goku:Really?
Me:Really.Some guy named Tao came looking for it too.
Gohan:Never heard of him,what about you dad?
Goku:No,Vegeta?
Vegeta:I do not know the name of every scum bag in the universe looking for our crystal.
Me:I'll take that as a no then.
Goku:So what happened to him?
Me:The first time he came here I found out I was a Saiyan and we all managed to get rid of
him.The second time he came here I only just managed to get him off the planet.
Gohan:Is that when you powered up to a Super Saiyan?
Me:No,that happened a little while ago in a little fight.I was stronger than the guy but
he was so fast I couldn't hit him,then when he hurt Ryoko I guess I was pushed over the
edge.
Goku:So what level are you at?
Me:Level?
Gohan:There are different levels of Super Saiyan.I guess since you didn't know you're still
at level 1.
Goku:I've managed to power up to level 3.
Vegeta:I may only be at level 2 but I'm still just as strong.
Gohan:I'm level 2 aswell.
Trunks:And I'm still level 1.
Goten:Me too.
Me:So what's the difference between levels?
Goku:Firstly,the higher the level the more powerful you are.Level 2 is more powerful than 1
and 3 is more powerful than 2.
Gohan:There are physical appearence differences too.
Goku:You know what level 1 looks like.Level 2 is similar but your hair is a little longer.
And at level 3 your hair goes all the way down the back of you and sparks come from it.
Me:So how do you power up to the next level?
Goku:Basically the same way you power up to level 1 the first time.
Me:I get it.
Bulma:Can we get back to why we're here?
Videl:Yeah,you guys are always getting sidetracked.
Goku:Alright.So do you have any idea where the Saiyan crystal is?
Mom:Well,I think we do.
Vegeta:Where!?!
Dad:It's still in the remains of our planet.As far as we know the crystal is still in its
original chamber.
Vegeta:Which was at the core of the planet.
Dad:Exactly.There's a large asteroid at the center of the debris field where our planet was
and the chamber's still there.
Vegeta:So that's where we are going.
Me:And I'm coming with you.
Mom/Dad:What!?!
Mom:Absolutley not.You start college in a few days and there is no way you're missing it.
Me:This is more important.I have to go.
Dad:Let him go.He wont let us stop him,it's in his blood to seek out a good fight.
Mom:Alright then.But come back home as soon as you can.
Me:I will.
Bulma:We better go straight away.
Gohan:I agree.We need to get the crystal as soon as possible.
Me:I have to tell Ryoko first.
Dad:You know she'll want to go with you.
Me:I know.I don't want her to get hurt but If she wants to go with me I really cant stop
her.I never could say no to her.
Vegeta:Are we leaving?We must hurry.
Me:Alright.Let me go and tell Ryoko.I'll meet you back at the ship.
Goku:Alright.See you soon.
The others left the house and discreetly flew back towards the hill where the ship was
burried.I said my goodbyes to my parents and flew to Ryoko's house.I didn't need to hide
myself since everybody knew I could.As expected she wanted to go with me and wouldn't take
no for an anwser.She said goodbye to her brother and I took her to the ship.When we got there
the others had dug it up and were getting ready for launch.
Me:We're here guys.
Videl:Good,get on board and strap yourselves in.We're ready to leave.
We got on the ship and strapped our selves into the remaining 2 seats.The take-off was a
little bumpy but nothing compared to what a space launch using Earth space technology.I
looked out of the window and for the first time I saw Eart from space myself.
Me:Ryoko loook.It's beautiful.
Ryoko looked out of the window and was as impressed as I had been.Pretty soon though the
ship accelerated and the Earth went out of view.
Goku:Ok,you can get out of your seats now.
Everyone unbuckled their harnesses and stretched their legs.The ship was big inside and
seemed to have a few decks.
Goku:There's a gravity training room downstairs.Do you want to train David?
Me:Alright,but what do you mean a gravity training room?
Goku:It's a special isolated room where we can set the level of gravity.It makes training
harder but the results are much better in a faster amount of time.
Me:Well I suppose I'll try it.
I made my way down 2 decks to a room with a large machine in the center.Goku came down after
me and sealed the only hatch out of the room.
Goku:Well,let's start.
