Want To Go Home
 
For some dreamers
The night is long
It's where their lonely
Souls belong
 
For those who wander
In the darkened night
They linger in shadows
Lost with fright
 
Searching for help
But still alone
Wishing for someone
To bring them home
 
Continuing down
The endless street
Someone passes
But doesn't greet
 
They start to cry
Falling on their knees
Another lost child
With unheard plea's
 
Searching for days
With nothing to eat
Gently crying, her heart
Stops its beat…
