It wasn't long before professors surrounded the headmaster's office and the hallway was crowded with students curious of what had just recently happened. The Nurse Verga quickly made her way to the office once she heard word of the disaster. Not much could be done, however. Riku was dead for sure. "What are we going to do? The headmaster's dead…what about the students?" Centris asked Professor Aegwyn, worried for the students' safety. "We can't send them home, in case of this murderer is planning something and sending them home is part of his plan…" Professor Aegwyn stated. Professor Karowitz soon included himself in this conversation; "Well, we have that BRMSeeD class. It's purpose it possibly for a time like this, you know."

"That's very true," Aegwyn remarked, "It's taught similar to the classes in that SOLDIER organization."

"What years are ready for this probably?" Centris asked.

"We'll ask Drakman for that matter," Karowitz stated, though disliking that fact.

"I'm surprised to hear that come out of your mouth," Centris remarked, "You never got along with him…I doubt anyone did."

"Most of the BRMSeeD instructors left on missions with some students, and quite frankly Drakman stayed with his third year class," Karowitz sneered. "Speaking of third year, where's those two students we had up here with us and Mayona?"

"I don't know…I thought they were here with us?" Aegwyn answered. He looked around the messy, yet also bloody, office for Sicotto, Irvine, and Maya. With seeing that they weren't in the room, Aegwyn turned to Centris; "Do you know where they went?"

"No, actually I don't. I know Mayona hasn't returned since I sent her to go get Verga. Maybe Almaskey and Heron went with her…wherever they went," Centris replied.

"Great…three more kids missing…as if the trio wasn't enough on our hands," Karowitz mumbled. He leaned against a wall behind him. "Hey Verga!" Hearing her name, the nurse looked up from what she was doing and began to walk to the small group of professors.

"Yes, Karowitz?" Verga answered as she walked up.

"Do you happen to know where Teron, Almaskey, and Heron are at?" Karowitz asked her.

"Teron…um…if I recall, she headed up to the northern half of the academy after getting me. The other two, I haven't seen them," Verga answered.

"I'll go look for Maya…Aegwyn, mind looking for Sicotto and Irvine?" Centris remarked leaving the office.

"Might as well…Karowitz, Verga…if anything pops up, call over the intercom; I'll be here as soon as possible," Aegwyn said as he, too, left the office. He and Centris made their way, opposite of each other, through the crowd surrounding the office.

Irvine had just finished getting ready to leave the academy in his room, when Sicotto came running in. "So this is where you've been at? I've been running all over the place trying to find you!" Sicotto remarked, catching his breath at the end of the last sentence. He looked at Irvine and sighed. "Great…you too! Who else is going to ditch me within the next twelve hours?!"

"Who's going to warn Salira of Sephiroth?" Irvine asked, being sarcastic.

"You don't even know where the hell she's going, Irvine!" Sicotto retaliated.

"It's Midgar, right?…I'm sure I can find her."

"Hey, news flash…There's seven sectors, she could be in any of them! Let alone, she probably didn't make it out of the forest, or Sephiroth already has her!"

"Oh…so you're already having doubts on her?"

"NO! I'm just stating the obvious!"

"Sounds like you're having doubts to me. No matter what…I'm going to find her!"

"I wouldn't be surprised when you appear on ShinRa's Most Wanted List for bothering other people or for messing with those damn Turks!"

Maya happened to be on the other side of the door to Sicotto and Irvine's dormitory. She listened to their argument with her head, sideways, leaning against the door. One hand kept her balance while she crouched down; the other held a small pistol.

"Let me guess, you're working for ShinRa," Irvine continued.

"Hell no! I hate ShinRa. I would never join them. I was just saying that if you end up on the wanted list, I'll die laughing!" Sicotto sneered.

"No matter what the hell you say to me, it isn't going to change my plans. Goodbye!" Irvine remarked, walking to the door with his blade tightly gripped in his hand. Maya quickly backed away from the door. Irvine stormed out of the room so quickly, he didn't even notice Maya's presence. You'll regret saying that of NeoShinRa, Maya thought to herself. She began to walk off, but not before the door, once again, slammed open; knocking her down to the ground and making the pistol fly out of her hands. Sicotto came out and saw Maya on the ground. "I'm so sorry, Maya. I didn't realize what I was doing," Sicotto said as he offered his hand to help her up. Maya refused his offer. "Fuck off!" she responded, getting up herself and picking up her pistol as well. Sicotto was surprised in this change of attitude Maya had. Never has he heard the sentence `Fuck off!' from her mouth. "What's with you?" Sicotto asked. Maya just walked off. She began to walk toward her mother's room. "Damn, another grouchy person," Sicotto mumbled to himself. He couldn't help but think that there was much more to Maya then what met the eye. He faced the direction in which he saw Irvine head of to and saw nothing but an empty hall.

---

Maya entered Professor Centris's room and sat herself on the bed, calmly. Her gun was ready in her hands for a murder scene; a cell phone in the other. She knew her mother would be coming in any time now. Ever since the incident with the murder of the headmaster, Maya's plans began to unfold. No one truly knew her, even if they thought they did. Her life was kept secret that only she and one other person knew. She desired murders to be painful and messy, and to pretty much be massacres instead of a simple clean, innocent murder. She was only sixteen, soon to be seventeen. The one other person that knew her just happened to be Rufus Shinra, the NeoShinRa President. Rumors say that he was killed when ShinRa was blown to smithereens when the Diamond Weapon attacked years ago, but rumors have it wrong. In matter of fact, Rufus survived the attack and Maya began working for him just before this year of the academy started. Even without Centris knowing, or any one else, Maya became a Turk, loving to see people in pain, but more liking into the breaks and vacations; like any Turk loves. "They'll all regret messing with the Turks." She began to dial a number on her cell phone and held it up to her ear. She waited for a fellow Turk to answer the other end…

"What the hell do you fucking want?" a young male voice answered the other end.

"Ahh, Naki…It's Maya. Any luck on that search?" Maya remarked.

"heh…what do you think, dumb ass?"

"Guess it's a no. hm…I'll be in the group shortly, dear."

"You better be, bitch. What else did you fucking call for?"

"Just some news, updates, whatever the fuck you call it."

"Spill it."

"One: Strife's gonna be at Midgar…Two: three of her closets friends are following her…"

"…The more, the funner to massacre…"

"And three: Headmaster's dead and Sephiroth is the one to blame. Four: if you include the fact that Sephiroth is after Strife as well."

"So many for the price of just one fucking child. This is going to be very entertaining…"

"I agree…once I kill the damn bitch who raised me, I'll be with the group."

"heh…whatever, hun. Just get your damn ass down here, Reno's waiting on your arrival."

The dial tone began, letting Maya know that her fellow Turk just hung up. She put her phone in her pocket and waited for her mother to walk in.

It wasn't long before the doorknob turned, and Maya stood up with her gun at her side. Professor Centris came in and was quite shocked to see her. "There you are, Mayona. What are you doing in here?" Centris asked as she walked toward Maya, shutting the door behind her. Maya circled around her mother until she blocked the way to the door. She held the gun at her. "Honestly, mother. Stop calling me Mayona. It's Maya, remember that name well, love."

"Put that damn gun down this instant, Mayona!" Centris commanded as she saw the gun aimed right at her head. "What the hell has gotten into you?"

"Oh that's right, you never knew…dear, I'm a Turk. My mission is to kill you at the moment, then find Strife's kid, and then bring her to Rufus. Now I can do you a favor and be easy to you by just shooting you once and your dead; or it will be painful, in which I enjoy, and you will suffer majorly."

"Since when are you part of ShinRa?!"

"Since before this year, love. I now work for Rufus, and you are in my way of completing my goal. So I must kill you for this." Maya fired the gun three times right after finishing her sentence. The first bullet went into Centris's leg, making her bend down; the other two dug into her shoulder. The shots were loud, and Maya was sure anyone could have heard them. Blood was already gushing out of her mother's body, all over the floor. "Mayona…" Centris started but Maya cutted in, "Mayona, Mayona, Mayona…bitch, it's Maya. And if this wasn't Midgar or Junon, your death would have been much more painful, love." Maya pulled the trigger again and this time the bullet went into Centris's throat, causing immediate death. As she watch the body fall into the blood on the floor, Maya hooked the pistol on her belt and took off from the room. She was sure someone would be heading this way after hearing the four loud shots, and to her luck two professors ran into the hallway just as she left it.

Maya turned around the corner of another hallway. As she did, she ran right into a running student; who just happened to be Sicotto. They both fell backwards hard. Maya's gun fell off during the fall. "Sorry, about that. I heard some gun shots and…" Sicotto started, but he grew silent once he saw the gun on the floor; "You…" Maya ignored him and picked up her gun. She got up and glared at Sicotto. Her phone began to ring. "What the fuck is it this time," Maya mumbled to herself. She kept her eye on Sicotto and answered the phone, "Who's the asshole callin' me at a time like this?" Sicotto returned the glance.

"Hun, don't you ever answer the phone somewhat nicer?" a young male voice teased on the other end. It was Naki.

"heh, Naki…you know me," Maya retaliated.

"You kill that bitch yet?"

"All ready said and done…just ran into a little pest at the moment. One of that girl's friends."

"Reno's not going to love this excuse, love. We got the fucking chopper finally. What us to pick you up? We're right above the academy."

"To bad if Reno's not goin' to love this one…"

"Reno?" Sicotto mumbled to himself as he overheard. "You're a Turk!"

"Hold on, Naki," Maya remarked. "Shut you fuckin' mouth! I'll be with you in a damn minute." She went back to the phone conversation. "As I was saying, dear. Go ahead and pick me up."

"Location, bitch."

"The last hallway on the east wing," Maya answered. She hung up the phone and faced Sicotto. "Sorry, love. But I'll have to deal with you some other time. `You don't fuck around with the Turks!' as Naki would say if he was here." With that, there was a loud "BOOM!" and part of the ceiling above them collapsed. A large helicopter was visible. The side door swung open and two people stood there looking down at the student and Maya. The one on the right had pure red hair -some spiked in the front and a ponytail in the back- and wore a navy blue suit loosely. He wore some goggles around his forehead. His face expression wasn't all too happy. The other male was a little bit shorter then the red haired one. His hair was a blonde-brown color and reached his shoulders. He wore a black suit in a similar style as the other man. Around his neck, he wore a black leather choker with some silver spikes connected to it. He had a small grin on his face. "Bitch, I told you he wasn't going to be happy hearing this," the shorter male remarked. "Naki, I said I wouldn't give a fuck," Maya replied. Naki threw down a roped ladder, which was connected to the helicopter, at Maya. Maya grabbed the ladder and began to climb up it. Once she reached the helicopter, she got in and it took off.

After staring at the helicopter and watching it disappear, Sicotto ran back to his dorm. I knew we shouldn't trust her…Sicotto thought. He grabbed his blade and left his room. Sicotto never did like Maya, he knew she was trouble when he meet her in the first year. Now knowing that she's a Turk made things even worse. First the death of the Headmaster from Sephiroth, now the death of a professor from her own daughter. This left Sicotto no choice but to go out and find Salira. He needed to let her know about more then just Sephiroth's appearance.
