"What?"asked laura,stuned
"Sorry I just don't like you that way. We can still be
friends right?" asked travis. Laura bowed her head then came
up with a fake smile. "Yeah but I have to get home before my
parents worry." she said still holding the fake smile. "Okay bye"
said travis. Laura waved and turned.It started to pour.'Great just my mood'
As soon as she was sure she wasout of his sight she ran,ran to where ever her
feet lead her. Tears steamed down her cheecks. When she wiped
away her tears she sawshe was in the park. As she took a
step forward she fell and rolled downthe hill she was on. When
she came to a stop she was next to the pond.She let all her tears
out she was sobbing uncountroblly on the ground. If someone saw her like
this they would probly say she's immature and a babybut she couldnt help it.
She poured her heart into him then he broke it like
that. She felt a hand go on her back. She jumped as soon as she felt it and
turned and saw Roberto. "R-roberto o-o hi sorry I must have been sleeping
so I'll just get up and-" as laura stepped on her right foot pain hit hard "OW"
she groaned in pain. "I'll take you home" roberto said picking her up brideral
style. Laura blushed maddly."I saw what happend"he said as he turned the corner.
Laura looked like she was about to say something then stoped."So you know" she said
"So you know I made a complete FOOL out of myself." said laura with her voice breaking
then breaking out crying. Roberto frownd and pulled her closer."It's not your fault,
travis only like to flirts and never have a girlfriend. Thats his bad call. Who wouldnt
want a beautifull girl like you?"Asked Roberto with his warm eyes on her cholate eyes
"Face it Travis is more intested in flirting than the real deal. He just loves the spot light."
Roberto said. Before they relized it they were on laura's door step. Roberto rang the door bell
and the door opened to her father. "Hello sir. Can you tell me where her room is?" asked
Roberto. "Yes ofcourse. Is she alright? What happened?" The dad kept asking.
"Upstairs"said laura. Roberto took off his and laura's shoes and went up stairs.
Once they reached her room he immedialy put her under the covers of her bed.
"Sir can you make her some hot tea if it's not too much to ask?" Roberto asked
"Oh of course"said the dad running down the stairs. "Thank you Roberto" said laura
"It's nothing" he said "If there's anything I could do to make up for it just say the word."
said laura. "Well there is one thing" he said leaning in. Laura knew what he wanted
and she leaned in too. Laura's and roberto's lips were about to touch when-"Here's
the green tea laura....Did I come at a bad time?" he asked. Roberto got up and
headed for the door. "Seeya rember drink lots of fluids and stay off that foot for a while.
Later laura rember what I said."Roberto clled as he walked down the stairs.
'I will. I will roberto' Thought laura as she watched him run off thorgh the window
