Chapter 5: A new love

Laura took a huge yawn as she walked down the street and twords her school.
She looked over at her best friend Kanna. "So what happen at school that week I
was gone." she asked "Nothing much the ususal but travis is so thick headed." said kanna
"Why is that?" asked laura. "He said was surprised that you were hurt by him and
you didnt come to school."said kanna. Laura scoffed."But Roberto has worried about
you. He came to me everyday wondering how you were doing."kanna said as she winked
at laura. Laura blushed."We did become really good friends those couple of days."
she said blushing even more. They both laughted. "Laura?" The girls swirled around and
saw Roberto. "Hey Roberto. How are you?" Laura asked "Fine I should be asking you
that." He said. "I'm glad you two are friends now."said kanna. "Yeah me too."said
laura. "Hey we should hurry before the bell rings"Said Roberto "Yeah" The girls argreed
as they ran in the school

The boys were playing soccer while the girls did cheerleading."Go travis,go,go,go travis!"
Chanted most of the girls except laura and kanna who where chating for Roberto. All the
girls gave her eyes of hatered. Laura and kanna's eyes went small and they let out a little epp
"Do you think there staring at us?"asked kanna "yep" laura said. Travis notice that they werent
cheering for him and he got upset. He loved the popularity. He might be in middle school but he
knew a lot about popuality and love.And he wanted to own the popuality forever and wanted to be
loved by every girl,not some. He started to think. How would he get laura to stop loving roberto
and loving him once again like every girl did. "Okay roberto your on!"yelled the teacher. Travis glared
at him but put on a fake smile. "Hey good luck" he said. Roberto frowned. "Hmpt" he muttered. The teacher blew the horn and travis took lead. "This is a team sport! So pass the ball!"yelled the teacher.That's when travis thought of it. He passed a hard ball twords roberto, and roberto knowing this doged it and it went up to the bleachers and headed straight for laura. Robeto saw this and screamed to her."LAURA WATCH OUT!!!!" Laura screamed in fright. The next thing she knew she blacked out.

"Laura laura LAURA!!!!!!!!!! Wake up please wake up!!!!!!!!" yelled a girls voice. There was crying and yelling. soon she felt her being shooken gentely. "Laura wake up laura."said a warm voice.'I know this voice it's so warm and nice...'laura said in her mind. "Wake up." said the voice. She did as commaned and opened her eyes. The world around her spined around her. "W-where am I?" she asked. The voice from before came near her and gave her a cup."Here drink this" the voice said. She drank it quickly. Laura's eye sense came back and she saw roberto standing infront of concernede (some crying) teens asking if she's alright. "Here let me help you." roberto said wrapping bandges around here head. Hot tears soaked laura's eyes and she started crying. "Dont worry it will be over in a minuite."said roberto "No I'm not crying cause of that roberto *Sob sob*I just wanted to thank you for everything you've done for me. You've been great, so great, so nice just how can i ever repay you?"said laura tearfully. "I mean if i'm going to be your slave I should at least tell you tha-" laura got cut off by roberto kissing her. There were a few gasps but most everyone went "aww". At that moment travis came running up with the bandages he was going to wrap around her head and take care of here but what he saw was horrifiying: his enemy kissing the girl he wanted her to love but yet every girl to love. He was so angry he threw the bangages down and walked away.
He was going to make her love him even if it meant to love a "special way".

After school laura and roberto walked to the park for a alitte alone time to get away from all the crowds. "Thanks for everything roberto" said laura "Your welcome but there's something I wanted to ask you."said roberto. "Hmm?" mumbled laura. "W-will you be my girl friend?"he asked "Ye-yes!!! YES i will!!!"she said hugging him.They walked to laura's house hand in hand. "See you tommorow?" he asked
"Of course."she said. They said there goodbyes then she walked into the house. She was so happy she even washed the dishes and put them away shocking her parents. she went to bed a half hour before she was soppose to go to bed she gave a dreamy sigh and drifted into a dreamless sleep unaware of the horrible day before her.
