"Daddy!" shouted a little girl about 5 years old. The man who accompanied her chuckled and held her up into the air, spinning in circles.
The man fell and they both rolled onto the ground laughing."Promise we'll always be together Daddy?" the girl asked. Her father nodded
and pulled her into his embrace, " I promise."

"Mother!" a young boy about 8 years old called. He looked for his hiding Mother when suddenly the woman shot out of her hiding place and
'tackled' her son.They both laughed and frolicked in the medow for a while longer when the boy asked," Mother, will you ever leave me?"
His mother shook her head and replied." I'm not going any where son. That I can promise you."

But as fate would have it, 3 three years later, the girl's father and the boy's mother both died on the same day. The father died from a house
robbery while protecting his pregnant wife and 8 year old daughter. The mother died while protecting her 11 year old son from enemies raiding
her home while her mate was away. Both people died with great honor but they both left a child who both swore never to get close to anyone
ever again.Both children withdrew into themselves because of a broken promise. 8 years later, the boy shall either find love or block
himself away from the world for all eternity while the girl must always hide behind a cheery face of laughter. They must find love before its too late. Not to mention never recover from their parents' death.
