~Chapter 2~

The Mirror of Light

 

~Inuyasha's POV~

 

Kagome looked at the two. Then Kagome spoke. She sounded sad and

 

wary not only that but she look like she was going to pass out any minute.

 

She looked sleepier then when they saw each other threw the God tree

 

when they fought Minomaru at The Tree of Ages. “Thank me for what?

 

What message? Who sent you?” Both Kanna and Kagura looked at each

 

other before simultaneously saying, “You did.” Kagome stumbled back and

 

chocked on air for a brief moment. “What?!” `How could there be two

 

Kagome's? Kagome couldn't have told them. She hasn't been anywhere

 

but with the rest of us.' I kept quiet and waited the two didn't seem

 

threatening for some reason. “That's right. You told us to find Inuyasha

 

and give you a message but first Kanna and I want to thank you for

 

freeing us of Naraku. We are eternally grate full. As for the message…

 

You said to give you this.” Kagura walked forward and placed a neatly

 

velvet silked package in Kagome's hands. Kagome looked at the two

 

suspiciously and stated to open the package. “No! You said to wait until

 

you feel something missing.” Kagura spoke quickly and continued, “Then go

 

to the village of Newra and find the room that feels familiar.” Both

 

started to walk away then Kanna turned. “The message says. When the

 

moon is sliver and the night is long lasting go again to the castle of night

 

where you fought Kaguya and revive the home of your sister. Goodbye…

 

Lady Kagome.” Then Kagura took a feather out of her hair and they both

 

left on a giant feather leaving only Kagome looking longingly after them.

 

“But something is missing… I don't know who I am anymore.” Then Kagome

 

started to walk back toward the village staring at the package and leaving

 

me speechless behind.
