A/N: Hey this is my first chapter, so be easy on criticizes until I get into the swing of writing these chapters.

Chapter 1: A portal that changes lives

The scene opens with InuYasha, Kagome, Sango, and Miroku fighting Naraku at Naraku's castle.
InuYasha: Naraku you’re going down!
Naraku: You can try!
The battle started, InuYasha sliced off some of Naraku’s tentacles and he grew them back again. Kagome shot her sacred arrows at him and Naraku dodged every shot. Sango threw her Hiraikotsu at Naraku, without a moment’s hesitation he threw it back with the same force. It hit Sango in the leg and threw her against one of the castle walls.
Miroku: Sango! (He ran to her side) Are you OK?
Sango: I think my legs broken.
Miroku looked at her leg. There was a long cut running up her outer thigh and her black suit was starting to turn crimson. He picked her up and carried her to another part of the castle while Naraku was occupied with InuYasha.
