JJ: Guess who's back. I know that I said the chapters of this story are going to begin and end at the same parts as the chapters on the game. But, this isn't really a chapter it's more of a backstory but, don't worry I'm getting to the next chapter right after I post this. Oh and before I forget there is also a plot point that I came up with during the time I was coming up with this story that I felt was a stroke of genius. But, as always it's the opinion of the readers that confirm that so I want you're opinions. And I mean that seriously I want to know what you think.
Naruto: Com'n Hina-chan what'd I do?
Hinata: Hmph.
I couldn't help but, an eyebrow at the scene. Out of all the times I had ever seen them together I had never really seen Hinata mad at Naruto but, I had to admit that it was a funny sight. I turn towards Sasuke, who was the closest to me at the time.
JJ: Sasuke, what's up with that?
Sasuke: Beats me, but it's funny though.
JJ: I agree.
Haha, just when you thought it couldn't get any weirder.
Naruto: Ammy what is she so mad for? What did I do?
Ammy: Hmph.
Naruto: Not you too. JJ, what did I do?
JJ: I don't know I've just been wondering that myself.
Sakura: Hinata what's wrong?
Hinata: Hmph.
Sakura: Maybe it has something to do with me.
JJ: Well that makes sense.
Sasuke: Forget about that. My background is finally revealed. What that bastard Itachi did to me.
JJ: Hey don't give away that type of information just yet damnation. Enjoy the story because I enjoyed every minute of making it. Well Naruto looks like you have some explaining to do.
Naruto turned over to Hinata and Ammy, who took note of his gaze. They both turned away with a 'hmph' in unison which me, Sasuke, and Sakura couldn't help but, laugh at. [FYI: The always shine comment is because of my offline nickname.] But, that's a story for another time.
JJ: Now let's get this party started!!

Explanations.
Naruto watched on as Sakura skillfully navigated through the stone reefs and cliffs that they had been seeing a lot of. She must have ridden alot of boats on her time away. Ammy was sleep from exhaustion, and it seemed like Hinata was avoiding looking at him for some reason. He looked at her and then turned back to Sakura motioning as if he was going to ask her something but, before he could she aburtly turned the wheel furiously to the side making them bump roughly into the cliff to the side of them. Hinata's gaze flew up and Ammy shot up from her slumber before regaining her red streaks.
Ammy: What the hell!!
Sakura stood up and aimed what seemed to be some sort of gun at the cliff above. She pulled the trigger but, instead of a bullet a hook attached to a rope shot from the barrel. It latched onto the cliff and she looked back at the three.
Sakura: Sorry but, this is my stop.
She said as she pulled the trigger again causing the hook to pull her up. Once she was out of sight Naruto looked at the controls of the speed boat and saw a piece of paper. He moved to the front seat and grabbed it.
Hinata: What is it?
Naruto: Instructions on how to drive this thing. Apparrently she planned this.
He said with an 'I can't believe it' look on his face. He read over the instructions and began trying to figure out how exactly to move this boat. He had rode in boats before but, this one was different. After all the information had finally soaked in he started to drive the boat torwards their destination but, they were still a far way away. Ammy and Hinata watched Naruto with questions floating around in their heads until finally Hinata broke the silence.
Hinata: Naruto who is that girl?
Naruto was slightly thrown off by what she had said. Not because she asked about Sakura, because he was expecting that question sooner or later but, the fact that she called him Naruto with no 'kun' attached. She must have been mad at him for something.
Naruto: Did I do something wrong?
Ammy: I don't believe that answered the question.
He was even more shocked now. Was Ammy mad at him too? What did he do? He shook off the confusion and dicided to answer the question.
Naruto: She's my old teammate.
Naruto looked back at the girls who had a look on their faces that said 'go on'. He sighed and figured that it was time he told them the story that was kept secret in the village.
Naruto: A while back I was an outcast in the village. It seemed like everyone hated me for no reason. I was always alone, no matter how many people I was around I was always alone. One day I started to aimed to become the hokage so that I could earn the respect that I deserved but, unfortunately I wasn't a very good ninja at the time. I was held in the academy for four years before I finally graduated. And no matter how good I did I always looked to the side and saw Sasuke ahead of me.
Hinata: You mean Sasuke Uchiha?
Naruto: Yeah. I hated him but, at the same time I just wanted be like him. To have the respect he had while at the same time he seemed like he didn't want it. At the age of 12 we got paired up in the same team along with Sakura, who I happened to have a crush on at the time.
Hinata looked down at that comment while Ammy's eyes seemed to have dropped. Naruto smirked, he had a feeling that's why they were mad at him.
Naruto: We got lucky, our teacher was the famous copy ninja Kakashi Hatake. Sasuke's family was happy that he was being trained by the only person outside their clan to have the sharingan. But, they warned him to stay as far away from me as possible. I didn't mind though it's not like I wanted to be near the guy. I always envied him though. He looked up to his big brother who was a prodigy, a little sister [yeah Sasuke has a sister] who always hung to his arm, two loving parents and family that supported him. While I had nothing.
Hinata and Ammy both caught the hint of loneliness in his voice as he said that and listened to his story in interest.
Naruto: But, the biggest slap in the face was that he also had Sakura. She was always flirting with him but, he was always waving her off. One day she must have gotten through to him because he asked her out and she wouldn't shut up about it. But, the strangest thing was that through this all somehow me and Sasuke had become best friends even though we wouldn't admit it. We always had each other's back and we worked together really well in a team. Sasuke's sister Yu had a crush on me but, she was only nine I had to admit it was cute though. She would hang out with us as much as she could and that's what saved her.
Ammy: Saved her?
Naruto: Well when we were 13, members of the Uchiha clan started to rapidly disappear. One day while our team went to Sasuke's house and it was compleely empty, the entire complex. The only Uchiha still there was Yu, Sasuke, and Itachi. Itachi was livid about the entire thing and Sasuke was just as bad. After a long investigation we found out what happened to them. Apparently they spotted a member of the Uchiha clan in the Village hidden in the grass. Itachi and Sasuke were chosen to lead their team into the village but, Itachi refused for me or Sakura to come along. It was weird to me but, we still went to see them off. Itachi was acting funny when they left and it left an unsettling feeling in my gut. I thought it was just me, until Sakura said that she was getting that same vibe. We disobeyed the Hokage's orders and went after Sasuke. We were shocked to find that the entire village was empty, it seemed like a battle had gone on there because the entire place was wrecked. We made our way into the heart of the village and found the remains of a mansion. We investigated the area and come to the conclusion that the mansion was destroy by an explosion that came from inside. But the weirdest thing was that through the entire time we had been there hadn't seen Sasuke but, we did find something. The body of his teammate, he was apparently eaten by dogs. [Didn't see this coming did you?] We turned back to check the area again and we found that the village wasn't abandoned. There were people everywhere, if that's what you'd like to call them.
Hinata: Huh?
Naruto: The people that we saw weren't alive. Some were riddled with holes, some barely had a head........but they kept walking at us.
The girls were shocked at that revelation, and began to listen closer to Naruto's story.
Naruto: We fought our way through the monsters and took refuge in an abandoned police station. We looked for survivors in the mess but, all the ones we found were completely insane or near death. During our escape we did find some information about the people behind it. Something called the Akatsuki corporation was behind all this damage. They created something called the T-virus. A mutigen that can transform the body into the ultimate bio-weapon. And we were right in the middle of it being tested. As we tried to ecsape we met one of the original creators of the virus, his name was Sasori. After we defeated him he went as far as to infect himself with the virus and he changed into a monster. We had no choice but, to retreat and think up a plan. The third had known we would go after Sasuke and he attach a bug to me that would allow him to track my movements. Good thing he did because the bug seconded as a communicator. He told us that Sasuke came back alone being the only survivor of his team and he delivered troubling news. Long story short he had sent Anbu black ops members to destroy the village. It would take 3 hours for the jutsu to take effect though, so we only had that time to get out or esle we would be destoryed with the village. Needless to say he didn't need to tell us twice. We fought our way though the place fought Sasori and caught the next train out of there. Once we finally got back to the village we saw Sasuke holding his head down. The Hokage ordered that we didn't know more than was nessecary but, we knew that the discovery had to be big because Yu was crying.
Naruto suddenly started to chuckle as he drove the boat around the cove near their destination.
Naruto: But, like I said Sasuke and I were best friends, no matter how much he didn't want to admit it. And he loved Sakura too much to keep her in the dark. We talked to him and he told us everything. He said that when they arrived in the village it was already destroyed but, the mansion we saw was still standing. In the woods surrounding the mansion one of his comrades was killed by dogs with decaying bodies. The only option that he had was to retreat into the mansion. The only people that survived was him, Itachi and Tayuya [yeah that Tayuya.]. He found members of the Uchiha clan was among the dead people there. He had to kill his family. Now that I think back on it he did mention something about weird objects that shot metal, but I don't think I paid much attention to that part back then. He said that it was an extremely diffucult task to get through that place but, he made his way through and found an under ground facility owned by the Akatsuki Corporation. He met back up with Tayuya and they found out that one of the creators of the virus was his own brother and that he also was the one who led the clan there. He used his family as guinea pigs for his project. Sasuke said that the hardest part of the entire thing was that he had to kill his mother. Because she wasn't completely taken over by the virus like everyone else and she kept calling to him. I couldn't even imagine what he was going through. He and Tayuya made it through the entire thing until they ran into Itachi. Itachi killed Tayuya and released his ultimate weapon on Sasuke. What he called the Tyrant, the end process of toying with his father's gene to create a new type of weapon.
Hinata: His own father!?
Naruto: He didn't care. Sasuke managed to kill the so-called weapon and he escaped with Tayuya's body.
Ammy: Why if she was dead?
Naruto: Because she wasn't at the time. She was fataly wounded, but she died on the way back. He didn't make it in time. We buried her but, the weird thing is her grave is empty now, and there were no signs of anyone breaking in. Almost as if she got out on her own. [If
Ammy: That's kinda creepy.
Naruto: Tell me about it. Sasuke blamed himself for it all and swore revenge on Itachi. His whole personality changed, he was always broody and distanced himself from everyone. No matter how much we tried to pull him out of it he just retracted into himself. We had finally pulled him out when we turned 14 but, that was all thrown out of whack when we went into the chuunin exams.
Hinata: I heard about that. It was the time when the third got killed by Orochimaru.
Naruto: Yeah but, not before he placed the curse mark on Sasuke. He tried to fight it but, in the end the promise of power was just what he was looking for. He dicided to leave the village and I tried my best to stop him. In the end we wound fighting bare-fisted on top of the water at the valley of end. He beat me and for some reason he spared me by just leaving. Once I returned I felt lower than dirt.
Hinata: Because you lost?
Naruto: No. I promise Sakura and Yu that I'd bring him back. I failed them. Yu was alone after that and I went with my new teacher Jiraiya to find Tsunade. After we came back she became the new Hokage.
Ammy: What happened with Yu?
Naruto: People were fighting over who the only Uchiha left would live with but, when Tsunade saw how close she was with me she ordered that she live with me. That way neither of us would be alone anymore. Life continued normally for a while after that but, my Sensei found out that the Akatsuki corporation was coming fter me for the Kyuubi.
Hinata: Why would they want the Kyuubi?
Naruto: They wanted to collect the bijuus and infect them with the virus. With them like that under their control they would hold the ultimate power in their hands. Jiraiya-sensei [What he calls him at times when it is neccesary to be serious.] took me out of the village to train me properly. After two years I came back to the village ten times stronger. I went back to check on Yu and she was just fine, she even left my junk just where it was. Although the rest of the house was spotless. I stayed for a while I began to train Yu. Even though she wasn't as strong as me when I was 13 she was still strong. The bad thing was that it furthered her crush on me. Life was peaceful Until I turned 17. After a long search we finally found Sasuke.......but, it wasn't the reunion I expected.
He looked over to the side and saw a ramp-like rock. He steered the boat to it and rode up it. The girls screamed as they went up and they noticed that Naruto still had a serious look on his face as the boat landed.
Naruto: Couldn't resist.
He said still wearing a grim look on his face. The grls caught their breath and then stared back at Naruto for him to continue.
Naruto: When we found him in Orochimaru's old lair he stood at the top of a cliff. He jumped down at me and prepared to stab me with his sword. But, I stopped him and twisted his arm but, I was surprised to find that it was just a clone. When I turned back around he was holding Sakura by her neck. He jumped back and vanished. I started chasing after him until my search came to a close. I fought him off and saved Sakura. I didn't know what happened between them but, she was clinging to me like a last puppy. When I finally got back she asked me did I want to hang out with me all the time. Yu started to not like her for some reason and she kept telling me that she changed. I shrugged it off but, I had started to noticed that myself. But, the relationship we had was like a dream come true. We had got close.
Hinata: How close exactly?
Naruto: As close as couples get.......
The girls faces dropped. The way the talked to each other kind of suggested that they had that kind of relationship.
Naruto: I'm sorry.
The girls faces shot back at that comment. They didn't him to apologize, the couldn't get mad at him for having a life before he met them.
Ammy: You don't have to apologize.
Hinata: Yeah there's no reason to. Just please continue.
Naruto: All right. One year ago, strange events started happening in a forest near the village. Tsunade sent a team in to investigate the situation. It was Me, Sakura, Lee, and Neji. My friend Gaara came along but, he wasn't apart of the mission. In the forest we found an underground facility that belong to Orochimaru. As soon as we stepped in the door locked behind us. We were trapped. To make matters worst the place was crawling with the living dead. But, the worst part was that there was this huge thing with veins and and wearing black trench coat follows us everywhere. Chakra based attacks had no effect on him either. It was hell. Once we finally killed the thing I saw Sasuke at the end of it all. This time it wasn't the Akatsuki corporation behind it. It was Orochimaru and Sasuke helped. I told everyone but, Sakura to go back and I continued for Sasuke.
[Flashback]
Naruto and Sakura came from the facility and emerged in a forest far from Konoha. Naruto jumped to a tree in pursuit of Sasuke but, he collapsed on the ground.
Sakura: Naruto are you okay?
Naruto: Yeah I just tripped.
Sakura: You're lying. Fighting that thing must have taken alot out of you.
Sakura reached in her pouch and pulled out a vial of a green liquid.
Sakura: Here drink this.
Naruto: What is it?
Sakura: It's herbal medicine, just drink it ok.
Naruto just chuckled and drank the medicine. He stood and felt that his body had recovered almost completly. It was a good thing she was trained by Tsunade. He nodded to her and leapt to the tree above but, was shocked to find that Sasuke had waited for him up there.
Sasuke: Long time no see Dobe.
Naruto: Sasuke what is the meaning of this? Do you have any idea what you've done?
Sasuke: I took the neccessary steps to gain power.
Naruto: You acting just like Itachi.
Sasuke: Never say that again.
Naruto: Well, what do you call it? You're going to stop him by becoming him?
Sasuke: This is war Naruto. A war he started. There is only one rule in war and I'll win by following that one rule. Kill or be killed.
Naruto: What about those that haven't done anything? They don't deserve this.
Sasuke: How is my sister?
Naruto: What do you care?
Sasuke: Answer.
Naruto: I'd hate to inform you but, she hates you and Itachi. Him for what he did and you for selfishly leaving leaving her alone.
Sasuke: That's good. Naruto, it's time that I left.
Naruto: No, I the other times I held back but, this time we finish this.
He said channeling his chakra but, something happened. He collapsed on the ground. He couldn't move any part of his body.
Naruto: How did you?
Sasuke: I didn't do anything. Right Sakura.
Naruto's eye almost popped out of his head when he called to her.
Sakura: Man you're naive Naruto. It was as simple as putting numbing powder in that medicine I gave you.
She walked around Naruto and walked to Sasuke.
Sasuke: Did you get it?
Sakura: Yeah, 'the scroll of binding flesh' just like you asked. [I don't know if that's a real scroll but, I know it sounds like it.]
Naruto: How could you do this? Why?
Sakura: Sorry Naruto but, it's like I told you before. I'd do anything for Sasuke-kun. Even you.
Naruto's head dropped to the ground and he gave in to the powder. He didn't even try to move any more. Sakura walked over to him and pulled a kunai from her pouch. She lifted his head by his hair and placed the kunai to his throat. Sasuke walked up to her and grabbed her arm.
Sakura: What's wrong?
Sasuke: Not yet, I want to see what he'll make of himself.
Lee: Naruto!!!!!
The two ninja looked over to see Lee and the others coming back for them with an army of ninja following them.
Sasuke: See ya Naruto.
Sakura: So long.
The two jumped back and left the feild and Gaara ran up to Naruto lifting his arm over his shoulder.
Anbu: KazeKage-sama what is your order?
Gaara: Go after them. Follow them as far as you can then report back. Do not futher than the country's borders.
Anbu: Yes sir.
The ninjas left in pursuit of of Sasuke and Sakura while Gaara looked down at Naruto.
Naruto: They.....
Gaara: We heard.
Neji: We'd better get back to the village and report this to Tsunade-sama.
[Flash]
Two days had passed before the effects of the powder wore off. She had heard the reports from the others but, she still needed Naruto's say.
Naruto: And that's how it happened.
Tsunade: So she got away with a forbidden scroll.
Naruto: That's correct Hokage-sama.
Tsunade tried her best to hide her shock. He usually called her 'baa-chan' but, he had referred to her formally.
Tsunade: You do know that means we will have to classify them as missing nin?
Naruto: Yes and I will take that weight onto my own shoulders. If there is another mission that involves them I will take it on personally. I take full responibility. Even if it means I must end their lives with my own two hands.
Tsunade's eyes dropped and she stood up from her chair. Naruto's eye went wide as she stood in front of him. He had never noticed but, she wasn't much taller than him anymore. She only had a few more inches on him. She reached down and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him into a motherly hug. He didn't hug back but, he did rest his head on her shoulder. A similar thing happened when he went home. Yu who was now fifteen felt that he needed a hug also. He felt bad because he thought people must figure he would turn emo or something. He was much more realistic than that. Moping about the truth won't change it. He could only face it for what it is.
[Flash forward]
Naruto: After that time passed normally. Nothing special happened at all. Now one year later here I am fighting off freaky things once again. The worst part was that I could see the truth before it happened. But, the childish part of me that just wanted her to love me couldn't except that.
Hinata: That's why you said you realized you had to gow up?
Naruto: Uh-huh.
The rest of the trip was qeiut as they pulled up to an inlet that led to the island. Hinata finally asked.
Hinata: Do you still love her?
Naruto stepped off the boat and held a hand out to the girls.
Naruto: Nah. There's three other girls in my life right now.
Both girls blushed and smiled at him. He grabbed Hinata hand and lifted her off the boat while he lifted Ammy off. They started to walk through the cave in front of them but, Ammy stopped. She looked up as the other two walked out of sight. A light engulfed Ammy and she stood on her hind legs before her body began to change. She stood 6'1 wearing white celestial robes with long white hair that hung down to her spine. She looked up and closed her eyes.
[Amatueresu: I sense two powerful forces on this island. But, where are they?]
She closed her eyes and crossed her arms trying to pinpoint the forces.
Naruto: Hey Ammy where are you?
Amatueresu stopped her channeling and reverted back to her wolf form and went back to Naruto all the while still trying pin point the forces but, little did she know they also knew they were there and they were waiting for them.

Sorry bout this but, like I said I'm starting on the next chapter after I post this but I just wanted to get this part out as soon as possible. The reason why is because I want to know if you think this is story is worth writing out or if I should leave it as a prologue. I want you to tell me, because I write for you guys. Oh and there will be a Resident Naruto five.........eventually. Well I gotta go, and remember always shine.

He looked up to his big brother who was a prodigy, a little sister [yeah Sasuke has a sister] who always hung to his arm, two loving parents and family that supported him. While I had nothing.
Hinata and Ammy both caught the hint of loneliness in his voice as he said that and listened to his story in interest.
Naruto: But, the biggest slap in the face was that he also had Sakura. She was always flirting with him but, he was always waving her off. One day she must have gotten through to him because he asked her out and she wouldn't shut up about it. But, the strangest thing was that through this all somehow me and Sasuke had become best friends even though we wouldn't admit it. We always had each other's back and we worked together really well in a team. Sasuke's sister Yu had a crush on me but, she was only nine I had to admit it was cute though. She would hang out with us as much as she could and that's what saved her.
Ammy: Saved her?
Naruto: Well when we were 13, members of the Uchiha clan started to rapidly disappear. One day while our team went to Sasuke's house and it was compleely empty, the entire complex. The only Uchiha still there was Yu, Sasuke, and Itachi. Itachi was livid about the entire thing and Sasuke was just as bad. After a long investigation we found out what happened to them. Apparently they spotted a member of the Uchiha clan in the Village hidden in the grass. Itachi and Sasuke were chosen to lead their team into the village but, Itachi refused for me or Sakura to come along. It was weird to me but, we still went to see them off. Itachi was acting funny when they left and it left an unsettling feeling in my gut. I thought it was just me, until Sakura said that she was getting that same vibe. We disobeyed the Hokage's orders and went after Sasuke. We were shocked to find that the entire village was empty, it seemed like a battle had gone on there because the entire place was wrecked. We made our way into the heart of the village and found the remains of a mansion. We investigated the area and come to the conclusion that the mansion was destroy by an explosion that came from inside. But the weirdest thing was that through the entire time we had been there hadn't seen Sasuke but, we did find something. The body of his teammate, he was apparently eaten by dogs. [Didn't see this coming did you?] We turned back to check the area again and we found that the village wasn't abandoned. There were people everywhere, if that's what you'd like to call them.
Hinata: Huh?
Naruto: The people that we saw weren't alive. Some were riddled with holes, some barely had a head........but they kept walking at us.
The girls were shocked at that revelation, and began to listen closer to Naruto's story.
Naruto: We fought our way through the monsters and took refuge in an abandoned police station. We looked for survivors in the mess but, all the ones we found were completely insane or near death. During our escape we did find some information about the people behind it. Something called the Akatsuki corporation was behind all this damage. They created something called the T-virus. A mutigen that can transform the body into the ultimate bio-weapon. And we were right in the middle of it being tested. As we tried to ecsape we met one of the original creators of the virus, his name was Sasori. After we defeated him he went as far as to infect himself with the virus and he changed into a monster. We had no choice but, to retreat and think up a plan. The third had known we would go after Sasuke and he attach a bug to me that would allow him to track my movements. Good thing he did because the bug seconded as a communicator. He told us that Sasuke came back alone being the only survivor of his team and he delivered troubling news. Long story short he had sent Anbu black ops members to destroy the village. It would take 3 hours for the jutsu to take effect though, so we only had that time to get out or esle we would be destoryed with the village. Needless to say he didn't need to tell us twice. We fought our way though the place fought Sasori and caught the next train out of there. Once we finally got back to the village we saw Sasuke holding his head down. The Hokage ordered that we didn't know more than was nessecary but, we knew that the discovery had to be big because Yu was crying.
Naruto suddenly started to chuckle as he drove the boat around the cove near their destination.
Naruto: But, like I said Sasuke and I were best friends, no matter how much he didn't want to admit it. And he loved Sakura too much to keep her in the dark. We talked to him and he told us everything. He said that when they arrived in the village it was already destroyed but, the mansion we saw was still standing. In the woods surrounding the mansion one of his comrades was killed by dogs with decaying bodies. The only option that he had was to retreat into the mansion. The only people that survived was him, Itachi and Tayuya [yeah that Tayuya.]. He found members of the Uchiha clan was among the dead people there. He had to kill his family. Now that I think back on it he did mention something about weird objects that shot metal, but I don't think I paid much attention to that part back then. He said that it was an extremely diffucult task to get through that place but, he made his way through and found an under ground facility owned by the Akatsuki Corporation. He met back up with Tayuya and they found out that one of the creators of the virus was his own brother and that he also was the one who led the clan there. He used his family as guinea pigs for his project. Sasuke said that the hardest part of the entire thing was that he had to kill his mother. Because she wasn't completely taken over by the virus like everyone else and she kept calling to him. I couldn't even imagine what he was going through. He and Tayuya made it through the entire thing until they ran into Itachi. Itachi killed Tayuya and released his ultimate weapon on Sasuke. What he called the Tyrant, the end process of toying with his father's gene to create a new type of weapon.
Hinata: His own father!?
Naruto: He didn't care. Sasuke managed to kill the so-called weapon and he escaped with Tayuya's body.
Ammy: Why if she was dead?
Naruto: Because she wasn't at the time. She was fataly wounded, but she died on the way back. He didn't make it in time. We buried her but, the weird thing is her grave is empty now, and there were no signs of anyone breaking in. Almost as if she got out on her own. [If
Ammy: That's kinda creepy.
Naruto: Tell me about it. Sasuke blamed himself for it all and swore revenge on Itachi. His whole personality changed, he was always broody and distanced himself from everyone. No matter how much we tried to pull him out of it he just retracted into himself. We had finally pulled him out when we turned 14 but, that was all thrown out of whack when we went into the chuunin exams.
Hinata: I heard about that. It was the time when the third got killed by Orochimaru.
Naruto: Yeah but, not before he placed the curse mark on Sasuke. He tried to fight it but, in the end the promise of power was just what he was looking for. He dicided to leave the village and I tried my best to stop him. In the end we wound fighting bare-fisted on top of the water at the valley of end. He beat me and for some reason he spared me by just leaving. Once I returned I felt lower than dirt.
Hinata: Because you lost?
Naruto: No. I promise Sakura and Yu that I'd bring him back. I failed them. Yu was alone after that and I went with my new teacher Jiraiya to find Tsunade. After we came back she became the new Hokage.
Ammy: What happened with Yu?
Naruto: People were fighting over who the only Uchiha left would live with but, when Tsunade saw how close she was with me she ordered that she live with me. That way neither of us would be alone anymore. Life continued normally for a while after that but, my Sensei found out that the Akatsuki corporation was coming fter me for the Kyuubi.
Hinata: Why would they want the Kyuubi?
Naruto: They wanted to collect the bijuus and infect them with the virus. With them like that under their control they would hold the ultimate power in their hands. Jiraiya-sensei [What he calls him at times when it is neccesary to be serious.] took me out of the village to train me properly. After two years I came back to the village ten times stronger. I went back to check on Yu and she was just fine, she even left my junk just where it was. Although the rest of the house was spotless. I stayed for a while I began to train Yu. Even though she wasn't as strong as me when I was 13 she was still strong. The bad thing was that it furthered her crush on me. Life was peaceful Until I turned 17. After a long search we finally found Sasuke.......but, it wasn't the reunion I expected.
He looked over to the side and saw a ramp-like rock. He steered the boat to it and rode up it. The girls screamed as they went up and they noticed that Naruto still had a serious look on his face as the boat landed.
Naruto: Couldn't resist.
He said still wearing a grim look on his face. The grls caught their breath and then stared back at Naruto for him to continue.
Naruto: When we found him in Orochimaru's old lair he stood at the top of a cliff. He jumped down at me and prepared to stab me with his sword. But, I stopped him and twisted his arm but, I was surprised to find that it was just a clone. When I turned back around he was holding Sakura by her neck. He jumped back and vanished. I started chasing after him until my search came to a close. I fought him off and saved Sakura. I didn't know what happened between them but, she was clinging to me like a last puppy. When I finally got back she asked me did I want to hang out with me all the time. Yu started to not like her for some reason and she kept telling me that she changed. I shrugged it off but, I had started to noticed that myself. But, the relationship we had was like a dream come true. We had got close.
Hinata: How close exactly?
Naruto: As close as couples get.......
The girls faces dropped. The way the talked to each other kind of suggested that they had that kind of relationship.
Naruto: I'm sorry.
The girls faces shot back at that comment. They didn't him to apologize, the couldn't get mad at him for having a life before he met them.
Ammy: You don't have to apologize.
Hinata: Yeah there's no reason to. Just please continue.
Naruto: All right. One year ago, strange events started happening in a forest near the village. Tsunade sent a team in to investigate the situation. It was Me, Sakura, Lee, and Neji. My friend Gaara came along but, he wasn't apart of the mission. In the forest we found an underground facility that belong to Orochimaru. As soon as we stepped in the door locked behind us. We were trapped. To make matters worst the place was crawling with the living dead. But, the worst part was that there was this huge thing with veins and and wearing black trench coat follows us everywhere. Chakra based attacks had no effect on him either. It was hell. Once we finally killed the thing I saw Sasuke at the end of it all. This time it wasn't the Akatsuki corporation behind it. It was Orochimaru and Sasuke helped. I told everyone but, Sakura to go back and I continued for Sasuke.
[Flashback]
Naruto and Sakura came from the facility and emerged in a forest far from Konoha. Naruto jumped to a tree in pursuit of Sasuke but, he collapsed on the ground.
Sakura: Naruto are you okay?
Naruto: Yeah I just tripped.
Sakura: You're lying. Fighting that thing must have taken alot out of you.
Sakura reached in her pouch and pulled out a vial of a green liquid.
Sakura: Here drink this.
Naruto: What is it?
Sakura: It's herbal medicine, just drink it ok.
Naruto just chuckled and drank the medicine. He stood and felt that his body had recovered almost completly. It was a good thing she was trained by Tsunade. He nodded to her and leapt to the tree above but, was shocked to find that Sasuke had waited for him up there.
Sasuke: Long time no see Dobe.
Naruto: Sasuke what is the meaning of this? Do you have any idea what you've done?
Sasuke: I took the neccessary steps to gain power.
Naruto: You acting just like Itachi.
Sasuke: Never say that again.
Naruto: Well, what do you call it? You're going to stop him by becoming him?
Sasuke: This is war Naruto. A war he started. There is only one rule in war and I'll win by following that one rule. Kill or be killed.
Naruto: What about those that haven't done anything? They don't deserve this.
Sasuke: How is my sister?
Naruto: What do you care?
Sasuke: Answer.
Naruto: I'd hate to inform you but, she hates you and Itachi. Him for what he did and you for selfishly leaving leaving her alone.
Sasuke: That's good. Naruto, it's time that I left.
Naruto: No, I the other times I held back but, this time we finish this.
He said channeling his chakra but, something happened. He collapsed on the ground. He couldn't move any part of his body.
Naruto: How did you?
Sasuke: I didn't do anything. Right Sakura.
Naruto's eye almost popped out of his head when he called to her.
Sakura: Man you're naive Naruto. It was as simple as putting numbing powder in that medicine I gave you.
She walked around Naruto and walked to Sasuke.
Sasuke: Did you get it?
Sakura: Yeah, 'the scroll of binding flesh' just like you asked. [I don't know if that's a real scroll but, I know it sounds like it.]
Naruto: How could you do this? Why?
Sakura: Sorry Naruto but, it's like I told you before. I'd do anything for Sasuke-kun. Even you.
Naruto's head dropped to the ground and he gave in to the powder. He didn't even try to move any more. Sakura walked over to him and pulled a kunai from her pouch. She lifted his head by his hair and placed the kunai to his throat. Sasuke walked up to her and grabbed her arm.
Sakura: What's wrong?
Sasuke: Not yet, I want to see what he'll make of himself.
Lee: Naruto!!!!!
The two ninja looked over to see Lee and the others coming back for them with an army of ninja following them.
Sasuke: See ya Naruto.
Sakura: So long.
The two jumped back and left the feild and Gaara ran up to Naruto lifting his arm over his shoulder.
Anbu: KazeKage-sama what is your order?
Gaara: Go after them. Follow them as far as you can then report back. Do not futher than the country's borders.
Anbu: Yes sir.
The ninjas left in pursuit of of Sasuke and Sakura while Gaara looked down at Naruto.
Naruto: They.....
Gaara: We heard.
Neji: We'd better get back to the village and report this to Tsunade-sama.
[Flash]
Two days had passed before the effects of the powder wore off. She had heard the reports from the others but, she still needed Naruto's say.
Naruto: And that's how it happened.
Tsunade: So she got away with a forbidden scroll.
Naruto: That's correct Hokage-sama.
Tsunade tried her best to hide her shock. He usually called her 'baa-chan' but, he had referred to her formally.
Tsunade: You do know that means we will have to classify them as missing nin?
Naruto: Yes and I will take that weight onto my own shoulders. If there is another mission that involves them I will take it on personally. I take full responibility. Even if it means I must end their lives with my own two hands.
Tsunade's eyes dropped and she stood up from her chair. Naruto's eye went wide as she stood in front of him. He had never noticed but, she wasn't much taller than him anymore. She only had a few more inches on him. She reached down and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him into a motherly hug. He didn't hug back but, he did rest his head on her shoulder. A similar thing happened when he went home. Yu who was now fifteen felt that he needed a hug also. He felt bad because he thought people must figure he would turn emo or something. He was much more realistic than that. Moping about the truth won't change it. He could only face it for what it is.
[Flash forward]
Naruto: After that time passed normally. Nothing special happened at all. Now one year later here I am fighting off freaky things once again. The worst part was that I could see the truth before it happened. But, the childish part of me that just wanted her to love me couldn't except that.
Hinata: That's why you said you realized you had to gow up?
Naruto: Uh-huh.
The rest of the trip was qeiut as they pulled up to an inlet that led to the island. Hinata finally asked.
Hinata: Do you still love her?
Naruto stepped off the boat and held a hand out to the girls.
Naruto: Nah. There's three other girls in my life right now.
Both girls blushed and smiled at him. He grabbed Hinata hand and lifted her off the boat while he lifted Ammy off. They started to walk through the cave in front of them but, Ammy stopped. She looked up as the other two walked out of sight. A light engulfed Ammy and she stood on her hind legs before her body began to change. She stood 6'1 wearing white celestial robes with long white hair that hung down to her spine. She looked up and closed her eyes.
[Amatueresu: I sense two powerful forces on this island. But, where are they?]
She closed her eyes and crossed her arms trying to pinpoint the forces.
Naruto: Hey Ammy where are you?
Amatueresu stopped her channeling and reverted back to her wolf form and went back to Naruto all the while still trying pin point the forces but, little did she know they also knew they were there and they were waiting for them.

Sorry bout this but, like I said I'm starting on the next chapter after I post this but I just wanted to get this part out as soon as possible. The reason why is because I want to know if you think this is story is worth writing out or if I should leave it as a prologue. I want you to tell me, because I write for you guys. Oh and there will be a Resident Naruto five.........eventually. Well I gotta go, and remember always shine.
