The leaves are falling
Very quickly, and I love that
I love the sky and the earth
And nobody can take that away
Who else, I wonder, stares at the sky when I do?
Thinks what I think?
Feels…What I feel?
It is a wonderful feeling, to not be alone
It keeps me from going completely sane
Something I am less and less of each day
But in a good way, of course
There are those days when I try so hard to feel something
But only emptiness greets me
So…It's nice…Not to be alone, then.
Without you, I don't know what I would do
With all my time
Without you, I couldn't laugh
Without you, I'd have no friends
And no love to give
For I feel when I'm with you
You fill in the hollow voids of my heart…
