You see me every day,

When you struggle with depression and want a way out.

You never would expect that the cause of your problems

Just may be me.

I keep you up at night and I fill your head with bad thoughts.

You want to fight me, but I'm not there.

I may haunt you, but I'm not a ghost.

I'm the person you would least think would harm you,

But I am your worst enemy.

To see me just look into the mirror.

I am your worst enemy,which is your depression.
