His heart hammers in his throat, his palms are sweating, and he almost drops the dozen red roses that he bought, but he cannot believe it. Lucy has accepted his offer of a date! She said yes! She did not reject him!

Brock feels as though he is walking on air.
He wonders if she is toying with him, but no, surely fortune could not be so cruel! Finally, there is a girl who likes him!

What will she wear? Where will they go for a date? Should he have made a reservation at a French restaurant? He knows so little about her, having only met her once, but this must be fate!
