Chapter 3 - Excitement AboundsLatchesis clapped her hands together in excitement. Pride at her accomplishmentsswelled in her chest and she looked on her sister expectantly. "Well, what say you all tomy work? Tis grand, is it not? I did not realize how easily I can manipulate the past, or Iwould have done this long ago to curb the boredom that constantly plagues us."Atropus frowned and opened her mouth to speak, but was cut off by Clotho'sexcited voice. "Indeed sister, yours is a talent only a true artist could boast. Your newtapestry is one that we will all take great pleasure from tending."Throwing her hands up in surrender, Atropus walked over to the new tapestry andexamined its quality. "Clotho speaks truthfully, Latchesis. This is, indeed, a work of art. I commend you on your skill."Latchesis blushed as she fondled the cloth absently in her fingers. It was indeedhigh praise to hear anything other than snide comments from Atropus, so she knew herwork was all the more worth it for that simple reason. "Come sisters, let us watch whatunfolds as we work to expand the tapestry."Excited, all three women crowded around the bit of tapestry, that was thebeginnings of a new path for the people of the Moon, and began to work diligently to seewhat would unfold before their immortal eyes.
