And thanks for making me feel so welcome here at Media Miner! :D

GunEagle: Alright! Enough with the corny crap and get to the story! >< +

Me: Geez, I was just getting to that! T_T Well guys I would like to introduce chapter 2 of “A New Allie? Or Future Villain?”

DISCLAIMER: Bandai owns everyone EXCEPT the unknown gundam, they're mine ^_^

A New Allie? Or Future Villain?
Chp.2 Found Hero

The figure stood horribly still, it was as if it was bitten by a Bagu-Bagu. Shute couldn't make out there features, the shadows of the trees kept their identity hidden. But all Shute could tell was that they were a gundam, maybe an inch shorter than Captain and the others. As he stared at the gundam he couldn't help but to notice their deep, violet eyes. He's seen a lot of gundams, but none had eyes in that shade of violet, it was unique.

“Hi, my name is Shute,” he spoke softly.

The gundam began to slowly and shakily back away from him. He's more afraid of me than I am of him, Shute thought.

“Don't worry, I'm friendly,” Shute said quietly, sensing the gundams uneasiness.

“Please tell me your name,” he asked.

The gundam was about to speak until all of a sudden…

BOOM

“AHHH!!!”

Those screams were all too familiar. Through an opening above the tree branches, Shute could see the Dark Axis trio being sent back through the Zakorello Gate.

“Glad there gone,” Shute said to himself.

“Now, what's your n-,” he stopped himself when he saw that the gundam was gone.

“Who are you,” the boy whispered to himself.

Shute slowly walked out of the forest, and back out into the open field where the battle had previously been. The bright sun hurt his eyes, but it didn't take long for his vision to adjust. His head was still a little sore and he went to rub the sore spot, he felt a knot in the back of his head. It's probably from rolling into the bushes, the boy thought as he stared at the ground.

“Shute!”

Shute shot his head up to see Captain, Zero, and Bakunetsumaru running towards him, looking relieved.

“Shute are you o.k.?” Captain asked as he reached Shute.

“Yeah I'm fine, I just have a bump on my head,” the human replied.

“That's an unusual move for the Dark Axis,” Captain stated.

“To aim for human, how fiendish!” Zero added.

“They must be getting desperate to defeat us,” Baku smirked.

“I guess so. Oh Shute, who was that figure that saved you?” Zero questioned, remembering the reason why Shute was still alive.

“I don't know, the only thing that I know about them is that they were a gundam,”

“Where is he?” Captain asked.

“They ran off into the woods, the loud noise your Triple Attack made scarred them off,” Shut replied.

“Well whoever they are, that was kind of them,” Bakunetsumaru added.

There was an awkward pause after Bakus statement, making the air uneasily sound and quite. Everyone was thinking about the mystery gundam, their identity, their reason for being in Neotopia, and why they left in such a hurry. The three gundams finally dropped the subject and made their way to Shutes house, but Shute couldn't help but to feel curious and confused, the vision of the gundam taunted his thoughts. Why were they so afraid of me? he thought.

The four friends walked on the warm, sun bathed sidewalk to Shutes house. Captain was in front with Zero and Bakunetsumaru behind him. The two were arguing about Zeros `panzie' rose petal attacks. Behind the two feuding comrades was Shute walking very slowly while staring down at the sidewalk, lost in thought. We've been walking for ten minutes and he hasn't said a word, Captain thought. Captain has known Shute for a while and the one thing he's noticed about that boy is that he always had something to say. He slowed down his pace and allowed Zero and Bakunetsumaru to pass him up; he then started walking next to Shute.

“Shute whats wrong? You're usually never this quite,” Captain asked with concern in his voice.

“Nothing really. Its just I never got to thank them for saving me, I don't even know what they look like. And… I don't know,” Shute replied.

Shute was confused beyond measure. So much had happened that day; to him it was all just a blurr. But he just couldn't stop thinking about this gundam or their heroic deed.

“The answers will come in time Shute,” Captain assured him.

“I hope so,” the boy mumbled with doubt in his voice. He began to trail into his thoughts again until…

“Zero you idiot! Roses are not dangerous! I bet that you'll have a better chance of DYING from a falling COCANUT than getting cut by a mere rose petal! ><+” Baku screamed.

“You saw what I did to Grappler today! My performance was poetic and awe-inspiring!” Zero stated confidently.

The pointless argument between the knight and the samurai lasted until the gundams had to return to the Gundamsai for the night. Later that night Shute laid in his bed, eyes wide open, memories racing through his mind. Finally, after lying like that for about a half hour or so, he rolled to his side and whispered,

“Thank you gundam,” as he slowly shut his eyes and drifted away.

CRACK

Shute woke up with a start. He slowly got out of bed, a little shaky, and walked over to the window. A huge thunder storm had engulfed Neotopia. He looked over to the clock sitting on his desk, it was 8:36.

“Oh no, I slept in!” the boy screamed in terror.

Even though it was Saturday he had to be at the Gundamsai by 9:00 for a meeting. Chief Haro would be very upset if he was tardy, again. He threw on his cloths, his shoes, his rain coat, and his back pack. He ram through the house as fast as he could and flew open the door.

“Bye mom!” he called out as he slammed the door behind him. As he got outside the cold, muggy air bit his face; the sound of rain filled his head.

“It usually doesn't rain this hard at this time of year,” he whispered to himself.

“Oh well, I'll just take a short cut through the forest to cut time,”

He ran into the forest at full speed, the cold rain stung his face as it fell from the clouds. If I keep this up I'll make it there right on time, he thought as he raced between trees and bushes. He was nearly out of the forest and into the clearing where the GunPerry would pick him up, but he suddenly stopped dead in his tracks. What he saw terrified him. A being was flat on their back with a pretty good sized tree on top of their right leg. They were trying to push the tree off with the other leg, but it wouldn't even budge. Shute slowly approached the figure cautiously, just in case if they were hostile. As he got closer to them he began to recognize their features, especially their eyes. Violet eyes it's them! his thoughts rang out in a cheerful manner. Shute heart raced as got within arms length of the gundam, and thoughts raced through his mind. But the thoughts and memories were abruptly interrupted.

SNAP

He looked down to see that he had stepped on a stick. The gundam turned their head around to see who was behind them; their violet eyes met the boys green eyes. The gundams pupils shrank, they clenched the soaked grass and mud.

“Its alright, I'm here to help. Don't be afraid,” Shute said softly, attempting to calm the gundam down.

The gundam was covered in mud and dents. They must've been having a hard time, Shute thought as he observed the gundam. As he was looking at the gundams features he noticed that it had a command fin with four lines going across it, and it looked much like the ones the Dark Axis trio had. Shute pondered about his observation, Zapper Zaku has a command fin with one line going across it, Grappler Gouf has two line on his, Destroyer Dom has three lines on his command fin, and this one has fou-. He stopped for a little bit, thinking about what his mind had just observed. Can they? No, of course not, he assured himself.

“I'm gonna get some help o.k.?” he said to the gundam while pulling the communicator out of his backpack. He flipped it open and pressed a button.

“I hope they answer,” he whispered while looking at the dirty, injured gundam.

“Where is he?!” GunEagle screamed.
“He was supposed to be here a half hour ago!” ><

“Why can't we just start without him?” Bakunetsumaru asked.

“Shute is a special member of this team. He needs to know what the future plans and ideas are,” Captain answered calmly.

The meeting room WAS fairly quit until GunEagles outburst broke the silence. The meeting room was fairly large containing a big T.V. screen, a large table, and a window showing the outside world. The room was painted white, so it was bright. Captain, Zero, and Baku sat close to the T.V. screen at one end of the table. GunEagle and GunBike were in the center, and the GunDivers sat on the other end of the table. Next to Captain were two empty chairs one for Shute, and one for Chief Haro. Chief Haro had left minutes earlier, fed up with waiting for Shute. Besides, there other duties that has to be done. All was quit again, except for GunEagle tapping his finger impatiently on the table. But the T.V. screen suddenly turned on, breaking his `concentration'. Chief Haro appeared on the screen.

“Gundam Force listen up! We've just received a distress call from Shute. We don't know his situation, but he requested assistance from any one who was available and a GunPerry,” the chief said urgently.

“Juli will give you the sector and launch you. Alright Juli, take over,”

“Alright chief, Shute called from sector three 3 in the forest area. GunDivers, Captain, Zero, Bakunetsumaru, and GunBike report to the GunPerry hanger. GunEagle report to the launch pad. Also, Bakunetsumaru bring Entengo,” Juli ordered.

They all ran out of the room and into the bright hallway. What happens… if this is another Dark Axis attack towards Shute? Captain thought in horror. After running through endless hallways the gundams made their way into the GunnPerry hanger where three GunPerries and Entengo waited for them.

“I'll meet you at the site Captain!” GunEagle called out as he headed towards the launch pad.

Captain turned his head and nodded to GunEagle, he then turned his attention back to the others.

“Alright, everyone climb aboard,” Captain ordered.

Everyone split up into three groups. GunDivers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 went into one GunPerry. Zero, Bakunetsumaru, Entengo, GunBike, and Captain went into another GunPerry. The GunPerrys propellers started spinning and within seconds, they were hovering above the hanger.

“Alright GunEagle prepare to launch,” Juli said over the intercom.

GunEagle placed his feet into the launcher and spread out his mechanical `wings'. He then crouched in his ready position.

“Aright I'm ready to go!” he yelled out as his green visor went over his eyes.

“Launching GunEagle!” the intercom rang out.

The wind began to whistle sharply in receivers, making him shutter a little bit. He could feel the world wiz by in a flash, and in a slit second he could feel the Earth let go of him… he was in mid-air. His flight gears kicked in and he was off. He met the GunPerrys in the sky and flew next to them.

“I hope they get here soon,” Shute said to the being as he sat next to them on the ground.

He's been trying to talk to them to keep their mind off the pain in their right leg, which was still underneath the tree, and his distracting tactic seemed to be working. The pair has been sitting in the rain and cold for a little over 20min and even though this was a horrible situation, Shute couldn't help but to be excited. He finally got to see his rescuer who looked kind of scary. They were an inch shorter than Captain and had one horn curving out of the top of each shoulder, very similar to Grapplers but smaller. Their armor was unusually thin and was colored black, purple, and white. Their badge was covered in mud so Shute couldn't tell where they were from, and they looked quit a bit like Captain, but more menacing.

“Well, when we get back to the S.D.G Base I'll take you to see Kao Lynn,” Shute said as he looked at the gundams crushed leg and dented armor.

“How are you feeling? I know I wouldn't feel good if I had a tree on my leg!” he laughed, attempting to raise the gundams spirit.

“………...,”

“I guess you mustn't be feeling that good, but that's alright. Can you at least tell me your name or where you're from?”

“…………,”

“Can you talk at all?”

“………..,”

Shute stopped questioning the gundam; it was obvious that they didn't want to talk. A cold silence filled the air as the two sat there on the cold, saturated grass. The only thing that could be heard was the pitter patter of the rain, and an occasional crack of thunder. The tranquil sounds soothed Shutes restless mind, causing him to day dream. His eyes became heavy but a low humming noise pulled him out of `la la land'. The humming became louder with every second. The sound came from right outside the forest, and then all of a sudden there was a loud `thud'. The humming abruptly stopped and voices could be heard. Shutes heart raced as he rose to his feet. I've got to protect myself, he thought. The voices became louder, the sound snapping branches and twigs rang through his ear. He looked to the ground and picked up a branch, holding it tightly. He then looked to the violet eyed gundam, who was terrified, and thought I'm on my own here.

“I hope I won't have to use this,” he mumbled to himself.

Then all of a sudden, someone popped their head out of the bushes, scaring the crap out of Shute.

“Hiyaaaa!” he screamed with his eyes shut while swinging the branch.

CRACK

The branch split apart and his hands vibrated, he hit the intruder hard. Shute slowly opened his eyes to see the intruder and to his surprise it was GunEagle. The cocky military gundam stood there stunned, from the surging pain in his head and in shock that SHUTE had hit him in the head. Splinters of wood stuck out of his helmet like barbs on a barbwire.

“Whoops, sorry GunEagle,” ^^; Shute apologized as he dropped what was left of the branch.

“Ouch,” @_@ GunEagle groaned as he fell to the ground.

Just as he hit the ground, the others ran out of the same bushes, weapons in hand and ready for anything.

“Oh mana, what happened here?” Zero questioned noticing GunEagle on the ground, a tree on some gundams led, and Shute covered in mud.

“I uh, accidentally hit GunEagle with a branch,” Shute mumbled, putting a hand behind his head.

“Ha ha ha ha! That jerk deserved it!” Bakunetsumaru laughed.

GunEagle popped his head out of the dirt. “I heard that!” he grumbled as he got up.

Captain stepped forward from behind the group. “Shute what's your emergency?” he asked.

Shute moved to the side so that everyone could see the trapped and helpless gundam, who was on the brink of death.

“On my way to base I found them caught underneath that tree, and I think they've been like this for a while. This is the gundam that saved my life,” he answered. “We've got to help them.”

Captain looked at the gundam with much concern in his eyes; this was a hopeless situation. How can I explain this to him? the military gundam thought. Everyone stared at Captain, wondering why he didn't reply to Shute yet.

“Is everything alright sir?” GunDiver1 asked as he stepped forward.

Captain looked at his counter part and nodded. He then turned his attention to Shute, wondering if the boy would hate him after this or not.

“Shute I wish we could help them, but….”

Captain couldn't continue, he looked at the ground feeling ashamed of himself. He never liked being negative, especially towards Shute.

“But what?” Shute asked, regaining Captains attention.

Captain slowly looked up and met Shutes eyes. “Shute, the chances of moving the tree is slim, and IF we did free them they would have an 80% chance of bleeding to death.”

Shute began to choke up as he turned around to look at the violet eyed gundam. It was hard to hold back the tears that were welling up in his eyes. All the things that gundam did for me, and I couldn't return the favor.

“We can try,” Captain sated.

Shute lifted his head and met Captains gaze.

“But expect to lose them,” Captian said in a grim tone.

“What do you wish for us to do?” Zero asked Captain.

Captain looked at the tree then back at the group. There was only thing that they could do. They had to push the tree. The tree tops were to thick for the GunPerrys to hover above, and the tree was to heavy for Zero and GunEagle to lift vertically.

“Alright everyone, get behind the tree and push,”
“Sir what do you want us to do?” GunDiver1 asked, speaking out for his six brothers.

“We need all the help we can get,” Captain responded.

Etengo, GunBike, all the GunDivers, GunEagle, Zero, Baku, Captain, and Shute lined up against the tree, ready to push. Bakunetsumaru buried his feet in the mud while he put his hands on the tree, then he suddenly noticed the unknown gundam clenching the grass, looking stressed.

“Its alright, we'll get you free,” he whispered soflty.

The gundam looked up and gave him a blank expression.

“Help push…if you can,” Baku added before looking away from them.

The gundam to look at Baku as he and the other began to push the tree. The gundam put their left foot on the tree and began to push with all their might. Entengo snorted with exhaustion as he pushed the obstacle with his shoulder. Everyone struggled as time seemed to stand still, and Captain was about to order everyone to stop until the tree began to budge.

“It's moving!” GunEagle yelled with excitement.

“C'mon push with what's left of your energy!” GunBike ordered as the tree slowly began to move.

The tree was nearly off the gundams leg. “Alright on the count of three give it one good shove!” Captain yelled.

“One!”

“Two!”

Everyone prepared themselves for the final count.

“Three!”

Everyone gave one final, desperate push. The tree rolled off the gundams leg, they were free. Everyone immediately surrounded the gundam, who was still flat on their back while holding their. It was easy to tell that they were in immense pain. Their right leg was covered in black mecha blood and was without- a- doubt, broken. Shute took off his rain coat and wrapped it around the gundams messed up leg.

“GunEagle, help me get them into a GunPerry,” Captain asked in an urgent tone.

“Yes sir,” he responded as he walked over to his counter part.
They both lifted the injured being and began pacing to the GunPerrys, everyone else followed close behind. The GunPerrys engines started up and everyone climbed aboard. As the GunPerrys began to climb into the sky, Shute and Captian struggled, the now saturated, rain coat on the gundams leg.

“Come on, hang in there,” Shute whispered as the gundam began to black out.

The gundam was gripping Shutes right arm, trying not to cry. It was obvious, they were in extreme pain and every second of life was agony. The gundams grip on Shutes arm loosened ans their eyes flickered on and off. With on big flash their eyes blinked off and they let go of the boys arm. They were unconscious.
