“My hands,” Cobramaru lamented, “Will never feel clean again.”

The diaper-changing went surprisingly quick, but for Cobramaru, time seemed to slow down. That, added to the half-hour Cobramaru spent washing his hands, made the chore seem to last forever. Now, it was play time.

Nana sat on a mat, surrounded by a vast assortment of adorable(If not somewhat creepy) stuffed animals. Cobramaru, for a moment, thought the blue-round one looked vaguely familiar…

“Coba!” Nana said suddenly.

“What?” Cobramaru's head snapped up from his hands. Had Nana said what he thought she said?

“Coba!” Nana squealed again, rummaging(As best a baby can) through the pile of toys.

“Did you… say my name?” Cobramaru asked.

“Coba!”

“You did…you said my name…” Cobramaru couldn't believe. Somewhere deep in his Gunsoul, he felt so touched. “I don't think I could ever forget this.

“Coba!” Nana said, pulling out a stuffed snake toy. It had googly eyes and buck teeth.

“Not that I won't try…”
