A/N : While working on Tenchi no more, last 3 episodes, beauty and the beast suddenly came to my mind, so i thought of putting a beauty and the beast theme to a ryoko-ayeka pairing. The Princess and the Demon
[Prologue]
The King is walking to and fro, in front of his throne, as his wives is looking at him. HIs face is filled with worry, with anticipation. Late night, the Jurai royal assembly have received a message from the Galaxy Police, and the message brought fear not only to the jurisdiction but also the King and his wives Funaho and Misaki...

The screen suddenly flashed the shadowy, slit eyed monster KAIN, its low, growling voice sends shiver to everyone that is watching. That includes the ever calm Queen Funaho.The monster KAIN were able to get loose from the prison he was put in about 2000 years ago by then Queen Usagi, using the help of a great sorcerress Merlitha. Together, the former queen and the great sorcerress combined their power to entrapped the monster KAIN into a dimensional time line.
Ater 2000 years of imprisonment, KAIN was able to device a plan to escape, and he succeedded, now aiming for Jurai, to give his revenge to the royal family
"I am giving the Royal King 2 weeks to ready himself and his planet for my attack. I shall devour every creature i see in that planet...then i will let you King see it for your own pleasure, then i will tear you apart, after i kill your family!" this was followed by a growling laughter, "2 weeks"
The screen went blank

"It took Queen Usagi and the renowned sorcerress combined power to defeat KAIN, not even killing him. They sacrifice their life to stop KAIN...and now what do we do?" The king's worried voice echoed through the hall, all the royal officers of Jurai have gathered to find solution to this problem, a problem that if not solve could entail Jurai's destruction
"There is no powerful sorcerress or warlock that is living in this period KIng Asuza, and the closest that i can think of..."
There was silence.
The royal officers look at the count. Count Pinchan look back at them. The KIng's brow now is raised up, trying to think of the person the count have thought of
"Say it!" The King uproared
"thedemonofyoshire!" the count said in one breath. HE said it too fast that nobody can react. The Queens, who seemed to be the only one attentive rose from their throne
"I hope you know what we will be dealing if we do that Pinchan, nobody have ever seen the demon, no one is allowed to see the demon" MIsaki said as she looks at the perspiring count
"That is why i thought of the demon. ANyone who see the demon dies, if KAIN would see the demon...he is not immune to the curse hence he will die as well"
To everyone's surprise, the King laugh. Queen Funaho and Queen Misaki look at their husband
"That is a brilliant idea!" the King said as he laughs, "We shall then sent YOU (looking at the count as he said the word you) to yoshire to speak with the demon"
"Asuza!" Misaki shouted, "You cannot do that! no one is allowed to see the demon, the demon must not be disturb"
The King look at his wife Misaki, "It's our only way to defeat Kain. It's either KAIN kill the Demon, or the Demon will kill KAIN."
"In this situation...we are still in the disadvantage" Funaho finally speak, in her usual calm manner, "If KAIN kill the demon, only the curse of the demon to yoshire will be lifted, we are still into deep trouble and may still loose our precious lives, If the Demon kills KAIN, the demon will be demanding something from us that we cannot turn down, because if we will...the demon might be the reason for the Juraians to perish." THe calm queen narrated their situation to everyone
Again there was silence as everyone in the throne room sunk into deep thinking
"Your highness, then i suggest we choose the lesser evil..." A young Jurai court officer stood, "I think it is the demon that is our last hope. We have to pray to Tsunami that the demon will win against KAIN" the brown eyed young officer smiled, "Sir, i am from Yoshire, and from my experience, the Demon have not set foot on the ground of Yoshire to do harm to our people, the demon is locked in the castle, and no one is allowed to enter that castle unless necessary. Aside from the bad publicity the demon receive, i myself have not seen any agression ar anything."
The KIng smiled at the young Officer. HE then look at his wives,"Very well then you young man...what is your name?" The King ask
"Noboyuki your highness"
"Well then Noboyuki, you shall be coming with Count Pinchan to yoshire castle and deal with the demon." The king look at the count then at the young man
"And what about the demon's demand your highness?" The count ask
"I have this idea that the demon would demand for gold, perhaps women to satisfy him as well...or to rule over Yoshire, whatever the demon demands will not be a problem, as long as the demon kills KAIN" then after saying this he look at his wives
"I do hope we are not making any mistakes" Misaki softly said to her husband. Then the meeting was adjourned.

"Then you'll have what you want. You think you can kill that KAIN"
there was no answer
"You've been sneaky this past few days. You should inform me of your coming, i don't want you loosing your life if you accidentally see me face to face." the bearer of the voice is sitted to a presidential chair, looking at a hologram, covered by darkness, "How much longer?" the voice ask in a sad tone
"KAIN would be coming in 5 days" the woman at the back answered, "The other is...a year. It's not that long anymore"
"Meet them when they come here. Tell them i'll give my demand the moment i kill that KAIN"
"Very well...just be careful"
"It doesn't matter anyway"
The woman left leaving the other alone in the dark. Then at her hologram, the scene from the throne was change, there appeared before the voice's face a Young woman, long purple hair in twin ponytail, ruby eyes, smiling as she talks with a little blue haired girl and brushes them. "1 year" the voice said softly

Then it was the next day. The count with the young Officer gathered all their courage and entered the Demon's castle at Yoshire. Yoshire is a Juraian city, known for its dangerous forest, and healthy crops. But this part of Jurai has less inhabitant because of the demon's curse, and here resides the infamous demon. The demon who can kill anyone by just looking at the demon's face. No one in this area can tell how the demon looks like, for no one dared to enter the castle.
And now, 2 gallant men tried their luck. Upon walking the long road of the Castle's beautiful garden, seeing the regal flower's that blooms, flowers that cannot be seen in the Jurai main city, they come to a stop as they approach the regal door. BEfore they tried to knock, it opened. This sends shiver down the spine of the two men.
"HEllo?" sing the younger one, "Anybody..." as his word were interrupted by heavy footsteps. The two man look at the place where they hear the sound. It was at the elegant, but dim twin staircase. Their eyes widened, their body froze as the image of the demon entered their head. then...
"Good morning!" a happy cheerful, nasal voice was heard, then from the dark came a petit, child form, pink hair, styled like having a crab on her face can be seen. Smiling. HEr smile is so warm, it almost melted the two men, "I suppose you were thinking of meeting the demon...and finally meeting your doom heh?" The petit girl said followed by a smirk and a nasal sound,
"Oh...Good morning too. " The count was the first one to come into his sense. "I am, i mean we are actually relieved to see you instead of the...." He stop to think of an appropriate term
"Demon" She smiled as she walks toward the guest, "Please follow me, we have good food prepared. We know your coming anyway" she laugh softly then led the men to the dining area.
The dining area were dimly lit, upon entering, they were led to their sit by 2 beautiful woman. Then they were served with food. As they eat, they can't help but appreciate the great taste of food, the solemnity and peace of the place, the warm feeling.
"The demon you are calling sent me to tell you that she is accepting the offer of killing KAIN" The petit girl finally said as she noticed the two men almost finish their food. She saw their jaw drop
"But we haven't told the demon our case yet?" The young man Noboyuki said, stopping himself from putting in more food into his mouth
"You don't have to talk. She knows. She is a demon afterall." she smiled again. The two men then sitted straight and made a formal gesture
"And the demand?" ask the count
"She will give her demand when KAIN is dead" she tilted her head cutely then smiled, "Please finish your food, and after that I will ask Yosho here to accompany the two of you out."
"The demon is a she" Noboyuki look at the petit girl, the petit girl smiled at him and nod
The two men look at the much older woman who nods at them. giving them the most beautiful smile they ever seen.
"Thank you" It was all the two men can say
