Chapter 3: My legendary Sword is way better!
“Were are we going now? I thought Lycia was that way! This royalty
buisness is way to confusing,” Mira’s complaint came. Again.
“We’re going to pray to the Mani Katti so we can have good luck!” said
Lyn, exasperated.
“What the Hell is that?”
“A legendary Sword!”
“Please! A Sword?” She drew her own sword. “I was stuck in this thing
for five-thousand years! Is that not legendary?! We could have been
halfway to Caelin by now, but no. What’s so special about this one
anyways?”
“It came from the time of the Scourging!”
“...”
“You know? The Scourging?”
“No, I don’t know.”
“...”
“Ok, stop arguing, we’ll camp here for the night,” Kent said.
“Here?!” Mia yelled. “We cannot camp here!”
“Why not?” Sain asked. “Kent and I camped here last night, and we were
fine.”
Mia eyes were shifty. “HE was here,” she said, suddenly hiding behind
her newly acquired horse.
Isis gasped. “No...”
“Yes... HE is here... We must leave...”
“NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!”
O_O “It can’t be... no, not when I thought I was rid of him...” Mira
whispered.
“Oh, COME ON!! It’s just stupid Seto!!”
And the three ran around like chickens with their heads cut off.
So when Seto came to camp, he saw four people standing(-_-; -_-; -_-;
-_-;) and three people running around like chickens with their heads cut
off.
“What is going on here?” he asked.
“Those three idiots are scared of someone, you I think,” Sain said.
“...” Was all Seto had to say.
Then Mia stopped right in front of Seto, who was cowering in fear, for
he was sure she would have run him over.

“What?” Seto said, not cowering anymore.

“What?!”

“WHAT?!?!”

“HA! I WIN!” Mia yelled suddenly as Seto made a weird face.
“What game were we playing and how did you win?! You were the first to
talk!”
“Exactly!!”

“Wasn’t that special. Are you two related or something?” Lyn asked,
somewhat annoyed.
“Yeah. Twins. But Seto’s older and weird and needs mental help and you
wonder how all that coffee doesn’t stunt his growth well maybe it’s
because I’m queen of the bacon men AND AM HERE TO STEAL YOUR FRIES!
BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!” And she promptly stole all the french fries.
Where they got french fries no one will know, because Mia stole them and
ate them.
O.o “Isis, get the crowbar, it’s time for her to take her meds,” Mira
said.
“CROWBAR!! ... Why can’t we use the baseball bat?”
“Because she dented it.”
“No, that was me. Chastising Odion.”
“For...?”
“The usual.”
“Oh.”
“Didn’t he need to go to the hospital for that?” Isa interjected.
“Maybe. Didn’t pay attention,” Isis said.
“Ok, then. That was like the time you said he died at Battle City and
sent Ishizu into hysterics. More lectures,” Isa said. She thought for a
moment. “Seto, you won’t lecture us for whacking Mia on the head with a
crowbar, would you?”
Seto looked up from the book he was reading(Alternate Dimensions For
Dummies) and said, “That’s how I wake her up in the mornings, and I don’t
lecture myself.” And so he continued reading.
So Mia was knocked out with a crowbar, then everyone went to sleep.
The Next day...
“I TOLD YOU WE SHOULD HAVE COME HERE EARLIER, BUT NO!! WE HAD TO WAIT
FOR THE BANDITS TO STEAL THE SWORD SO NOW WE HAVE TO GET IT BACK?!” Mira
yelled at the top of her lungs, shrieking her dissent.
And she was promptly bludgeoned. The people from this world are
catching on.
THEY KNOW!! GET ‘EM!!!
Oh. Sorry ‘bout that.
“Finally! We’re here. Let’s go get the sword,” Lyn said.
Mia walked up to a wall. It had a large crack in it. It was more a
mound of rubble than a wall. ‘This must be it,’ she thought, then tried
to find a way to break it down.
She knelt down and examined the base. One of the larger stones could
have been the key stone, so all she needed to do was find the right on
and...
Isis slammed into the wall of rubble, knocking it over but somehow
miraculously landing on top of the pile, unhurt.
Mia’s eye twitched. ‘I guess... that works too.’
So everyone charged though the wall(except Seto, ‘cause he’s lazy). But
you see, the bandit leader didn’t see them. He was busy trying to draw
the Mani Katti that he didn’t know that he was being watched until it was
too late.
Mira cackled maniacally, and was about to gut Glass, was terrified to
speak.
But then Lyn got in her way and kinda gutted glass first and took the
Mani Katti.
“Hey, I wanted to kill him!”
“Too bad, I didn’t want you to get all that blood on the sword!!”
“Blood make thinks look cooler!!!”
O_o “Special that there...”
^_^ “I know. But My sword’s still cooler.”
Then a bishop came out and talked some crap about it being the Sword of
Spirits, at which point Mira started to laugh like an idiot. But she is
an idiot, so that’s really nothing special.
And so Lyn became the wielder of th Mani Katti, Freakish Sword of
Spirits that might have at one time been important but no one give a shit
about now except for maybe some people who want her to help save the
world of whatever in a few years... yeah.
