Did Ren and Noah ever get married?

Not much has happened since the last story. In fact, The Great Revenge starts off almost right after the first story.

Except now Brian is a lot more of a challenge then he seemed to be for Seto last time. A plan unfolds, and pieces are put together from the old story that seem to make everything click.

Is there still something between Seto and Ren?
