Wow this was a really interesting topic. I was so shocked when Ryo was "arrested"! Thank God it was only a show to get the killer :D Your ideas amaze me, seriously. And speaking of good ideas, I really really liked the idea with the video tape ;D Very inspirational! Oh and I loved, loved, loved the scenes that you kind of took out of the manga, around Carol's birthday. Hilarious! xD And so great, I was always looking back and forth between your story and the actual manga panels. That was fun. Of course, the ending was fun, too. Such lightweights, haha. Ryo had a rough time in this one. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be to lose even one day of memories. I loved that Ryo was freaked out by the tape orginally and that Dee made it all better with hot, hot sex and love. I love that Dee never doubted that Ryo was innocent even when Ryo did. Rose was great in this too proving that he can be a friend to Ryo. I missed Bikky in this but the tie to the FAKE timeline was just perfect.

Great mystery with some really steamy scenes. I loved your characterization of Ryo and his doubts over what happened. The only thing I would fix is the grammar and few hard to follow sentences. Wonderful job overall

Okay, so I've read all of your fics--and I do mean all of them--but this is the first time I've ever reviewed. Why I'm doing it now, I have no idea, but it seems like something I should have done a long time ago, anyway. Your fics are GREAT, in case not enough people have told you that (though it does seem that quite a few of them have.) I seriously cannot get enough of them. I'm now going through the series for--I want to say the sixth time, but I can't be sure it isn't more. And every single one of them is wonderful. You characterize everybody perfectly, by the way. Seriously, I wish I could keep everyone in character like you can--it'd make my life a WHOLE lot easier. But then, reading these fics have given me a lot of wishes on my own behalf... For instance, I wish that Tim was a free-for-all character. I wish that he was in the actual mangas so I could use him, too, because he and JJ are SO CUTE! And it always kills me when JJ's all alone--which I think he is in the story I'm writing. I wish I had a Tim to give him...but I can't even ask you to borrow him, because I know I would botch him and even on the off chance that you didn't mind, it would still break MY poor little heart, so yeah. Can't do that. And God forbid I should try to create my OWN Tim...No. Really. It'd be bad. But back to YOUR fics. Yeah, besides the whole characterization thing, there's so much FLUFF!!! Such cute, adorable, wonderful fluff that I spend the whole story in a state of warm fuzziness. No one, but NO ONE seems willing to write enough fluff to satisfy me--mainly because I can never get enough of it. But lo and behold, you have satisfied even ME!!! How awesome is that?! And I'm not the only person I know who thinks this, BTW. My sister and my best friend read your fics, too--we've all gotten rather freakish over them, actually. We don't tend to review most stories, but still, you should know that we LOVE them. And no, we are NOT creepy stalker-people--we just know good writing when we see it. Strange, since I can't write anywhere near this well to save my life... Well, anyway, now that I've sent you the longest review ever committed to paper, I'll let you get back to...whatever you were doing before I burst in so rudely to gush... TTFN! --Adara-chan

I only recently found FAKE in Love, and, well...Wow! I'm glad I did! You've written so much! I love reading your work because it is so well written! Your Dee and Ryo act like 'real' people, and that's why I can't stop reading! I read all of the series (acts 1-20) in two days, and now I can't wait for more! I really love the fluid movement between the action, romance and psychological elements, which makes this story arc interesting and fun to read! The great thing about FAKE in Love is that I can see it in manga form! Really! I really wish I could see it in print, but I really love reading your fanfiction! Please keep writing, your last act was one of my faves! Dee is such a sweetheart to lovely, little Ryo! Also, I might be one of the few people who like Erin. He's an interesting character, and I would like to see a posessive Dee protecting his Ryo! Besides, I wonder how far he could get with naive, gentle Ryo, hmm...I'll leave that for you to decide, but please consider this! Oh! Would Erin be able to call Ryo 'Ran-chan'? Since he 'has' to call him Randy he could abbreviate it to that (I've been reading Kizuna lately, so...)But I'd like to see that ^_^ But anyway, it's your story and I can't wait to read what the boys do next! (The only part I didn't like was in Act 19, I think, chapter 4, where Ryo actually takes the cig. Best so far!! Since I found FAKE in love, I have reread it when fan fiction is slow, and agonizingly wait for the next act. I wish I had your talent to take you up on your challenge, however, I would only add to the tons of bad fan fiction out there. I really enjoy the way you keep your characters true to the manga and true to your own developments. I was impressed with a vunerable, uncertain yet strong Ryo. Your one of the few (very few)that can nail his personality without lapsing into a female man. I can't believe that I actually missed this by about a week. I will keep my search more vigilant for the next one. Time enough for me to have read this several, several times- as well as all the way back through the series again. Thank you for sharing your talent.

Hello, I think the 20th act of FAKE in Love is a good opportunity to finally write a review. I think mine is also the 20th review. I just want to tell you that I'm a very big fan of your work since act one. English is not my mother tongue and I'm living far away from the US, but I'm so thankful that there is the internet, so I can enjoy your fanfictions. I got them all printed out and bound, so I can re-read them everywhere. Okay, a word about Dee and Ryo. I can just agree with your other fans, there is no one else who can write them that much in character. I don't like fanfictions where Ryo is the submissive guy and acting like a girl. They're both men, that's why I love them. And I love about your stories that they're both equal and that there is so much love between them. Honestly, before you started posting fanfictions, I was ready to give up on them and then there was this long (Respect!! I love that your stories are always finished and posted at once) wonderful story of yours. And your acts even get better and better!! You balanced all elements of your series so well - the love, the crime, the bickering, the cuddling, of course the sex. Your lemon scenes are the BEST!!! I love them, because the stories are not overloaded with it. It's not everything about the sex. It's just right-timed. And it's sexy every time. Very few sex scenes in the fanfiction world are really sexy!!! Yours are!!! My absolutly favourite act is the healing act and I also love your alternative beginning for it. I really really hope they'll return to the cabin again. Or please let them have vacation anywhere else. Okay, I would also have some kinky requests, but I'm cutting them out ;) Okay, I just wanted to tell you, that I'm a very big fan!!! Okay, my third review for this story, but I just haven't been saying enough in my other reviews, so here goes. I just have one request for your next stories. I love all your stuff about Ryo and Dee....I'm addicted to those two, I swear it. But I was wondering if you'd maybe consider including more about JJ and Tim. I know they're not a huge part of the stories or anything and they're not really required, but I love the stuffing out of JJ and I think he and Tim are soooo perfect and soooo cute. So I was wondering if you'd listen to the request of one very rabid JJ-lover and give us more about my favorite member of the let's-tackle-Dee-and-get-punched loony bin? Remember, it's just a request. It's not like I'm gonna get mad and stop reading if you ignore the request. Your stories are so freaking ADDICTIVE, I don't think I could stop reading them if I tried, and I really don't wanna stop reading them.... Again, great work on each and every one of these stories, even if the last few have been a little more angsty than I'm used to. But....oh well. I guess an angst-filled road leads to a happier ending, right? It HAS to lead to a happier ending or every fanfic reader in the world would be freaking depressed ALL THE TIME. ....Wow, I just realized how much I've babbled in this review, so I'm gonna close it up with actual comments. So....first of all, I think you did an excellent job with your portrayal of all the characters. They stay true to who they are even while they develop as characters. Your plots are always original and they always pull me in and keep me interested. I've never once been bored by a single one of your stories, and when you update, I'm always immediately curious, even before I've actually started reading the story. I always wonder how you're gonna spin the new idea. You also do a good job of portraying emotion without having to say outright "this person felt this way", which I always consider a good thing. All in all, your stories have all the elements of excellent creative writing, so....keep it up! Okay, I really AM gonna stop talking now....

GD - Once again, you have outdone yoruself and given us FAKE fans a WONDERFUL story in the continuing lives of Dee and Ryo. This latest act was rich, complex, original and powerful. This latest Act had a different feel that alot of your other ones, in that it was deeply and powerfully psychological. The nature of love, of what defines love and creates us. The notion of memory and selfishness and need were all wonderful threads woven with your usually subtley and grace throughout this Act. It was fascinating to read your portrayal of Ryo trying to define himself by those days that he had lost. Amazing. I also loved how you very specifically wove canon into this Act. It balanced it out nicely, and you tied it in perfectly perfectly to what Ryo was going through. It gave the readers a definite time frame as to where the Acts are now taking place, but also enriched the tale you were telling. That was smart, clever and subtle. The lemons of course were amazing, intense, sexy erotic and original and had a perfect flow with this story. yet again, another AMAZING addition to this series, and as always, I sit here with bated breath waiting for your next posting. Please don't keep us waiting too long.

I love your writing style. The story flow similar to the actual manga. Darn that real life, getting in the way of writing fanfic!
