^_^ I'm so excited about this! Seeing Miroku "on the hunt" as it were - Sango is not going to be the easiest of prey, either. I look forward to seeing these two... and wonder who could have issued the challenge (heck, I think it'd be funny if it were Sango herself, LOLOL). Keep up the great work!

*snicker* I am soooooo loving this!! I can't wait to see where you take it from here. I had a look at your prompt table (kill me - I was curious) and they are quite enticing, indeed! I really like the setup here, and am curious to see who's behind it. It does seem odd that Lord Takeda would leave his wife without proper guards, even though we're all more than aware that Sango can take care of herself (as she duly proved in this first confrontation with Miroku)...so that makes me suspicious. Hmmm - I look forward to more hints to come! And this line still cracks me up - "A demon slayer?" Well, shit. Nobody had said anything about that. So much for his brilliant plan. Ahahaha, that's Miroku for you, ever the practical conartist :P
