This was an awesome fic. I just loved the easy relationship between Hikaru and Akira, and how Hikaru tried so hard to combine his new life with his old. I loved how you made Shindou Shuichi Hikaru's cousin, though; I laughed out loud as soon as I saw the "gaijin manager" bit. All in all, awesome fic, couldn't have been better. With my busy schedule, it took me a couple of weeks to get through it, but it was definitely worth it. ^_^ Kudos.

It took me a while too get through this- but I must say, I'm going to have to read it again and again to catch all the nuances. First of all, this was absolutely amazing. I am in awe of you, your writing style, and those who helped you. I'm glad Akira made up with his father, or really, told his father that he was an adult, and he would deal with any mistakes he made. From what I've seen of Hikaru no Go, this is perfect. everyone seems in character, and their reactions seem like normal reactions. I laughed, I cried, I shared the character's emotions... This truly showed what a situation like theirs would be like. There's so much more I want to say, but I can't think of the words to state it. I guess, "It was awesome, one of the best I've ever read, perfection itself." would work. Though I'm sure one day I'll look back at this review and laugh... for now, it's perfect.

Since I just finished reading the whole story in one shot, I'm too tired to come up with an eloquent review worthy of this story. So I'll keep it simple: I absolutely loved it! It came together from page one and kept me glued to the screen until the end. Thank you for such a lovely fanfic. ^__^

I wanted to say thanks for one of THE BEST Hikaru No Go fics on the Net. I enjoyed every minute of reading this fanfic. The way you developed the storyline was great. My daughter writes fanfics too so I know you put a LOT of hard work into a LONG story like this one. Thanks again. I'll be on the lookout for a sequel (in case you decide to do one).

Wah! I missed soooo many chapters! Why didn't my email inform me that you'd updated! Wah! I feel ripped off!!! Anyway, now that that's out of the way, I loved all of your updated chapters. It was funny to read that the person Touya's father tried to set him up with was a rabid yaoi fangirl - too funny. I loved reading about Waya and Isumi trying to find Hikaru's apartment. 'The Twilight Zone?' Tee, hee, hee. I also completely adored the reference to K from Gravitation! AK-47 indeed!!! Sighs dreamily. That was the best ending ever. I wasn't sure how you were going to work it all out in the end, but you did it perfectly. It brought tears to my eyes. Your ending made me think of a new day, of Akira and Hikaru standing side by side, holding hands under a rising sun ready to begin their life together. Your ending was moving, very fresh, very sweet. I'm very, very sad that this story has ended. This is the best Hikaru No Go fanfic I've ever read, and I mean truly, the BEST! No other fic compares to yours. It's sad that such a lovely anime has so few fics. I hope that you'll write more. You did a brilliant job with this one. Good luck on any future writing!

Another wonderful chapter! I'm hoping Akira's father will eventually realise that Akira's love for Hikaru isn't just due to rivalry. Hope Hikaru's plan works.

And yet another wonderful chapter. It looks like things are finally looking up for Akira and Hikaru. First their neighbours accept them, and then we find out that that grumpy dude just hates the world. Here I thought he was homophobic. Anyway, it seems like Hikaru and Akira are having a positive effect on their neighbour. It made me feel all warm inside to see that Hikaru's mother has finally accepted his relationship with Akira and is even taking steps to help them and show them her acceptance. Now all we need is for Akira to mend his relationship with his father. Great chapter as usual!!!

Another lovely chapter from a wonderful author. It seems to me like every time the two start to move towards a bit of a happier life something disrupts them again. However, I can see that the sun will soon start shining after the rain. Hikaru's mum has finally accepted that what her son shares with Akira won't go away even if she ignores it. As for Hikaru's friends, I feel a bit sad because Waya is concerned about Hikaru ruining his life but just hasn't gone about helping or even telling Hikaru the right way. Never mind, I'm sure all will be sorted out soon.

This is yet another hilarious part. Finally the two boys are living together. I love it how they're staying in a large, expensive apartment. I adored the reference to Hikaru's cousin getting all of the singing talent, I still say give us a cameo, tee, hee, hee. The breakfast scene was utterly delightful, walnuts instead of scrambled eggs, I feel very, very sorry for Touya… and Hikaru since none of them can cook. It's also funny how Hikaru has the feminie role, cooking and cleaning while Touya has the masculine role, earning money etc., not that I could see it happening any other way mind you. The lemon scene was just too good. Chocolate and whipped cream huh? Can't wait…

I'm so glad to hear that you've already written parts four and five, that means that I have something to look foward to. Another great chapter with a very happy ending.

Aww, that was a very sweet ending to 'Social'. I'm really glad Hikaru and Touya worked out what was really most important to them in their lives - eachother. I have a feeling Waya is more opposed to Hikaru being in love with Touya than the fact that Hikaru is gay and I have a feeling that once he gets to know Touya better he'll understand that Touya isn't a cold fish and actually does love Hikaru. I really like the idea of the two boys moving in with each other, at least they'll be able to get away from their family who act all uncomfortable and disapproving instead of supporting like they should! That scene where Hikaru nearly burst out quite loudly what he'd been researching was funny! I can't wait for an update, that's the one thing I love about you, you update
