Wow... This is the second time I read this amazing story. Last time was probably one or two years ago, I don't remember. But I still have never read another Inu/Kag fic that I've loved as much as this one. The characterizations are so accurate, and I'm so glad you didn't make Inuyasha 'just a stupid hanyou', and that Kikyou wasn't the evil bitch she's often portrayed as. The ending was so beautiful and it was a perfect closure for this masterpiece. I will recommend this story to everyone, and that says a lot, since I'm a Sess/Kag fan. ;)

I really really enjoyed this. I also went and checked out the fanart made for it. Everything all together is great. Totally worth staying up so late to read. Trust me... I stayed up late a couple nights to finish it. How the characters developed was one of the best parts. I'm off to read the others now. Buhbye.

I'm reading this for the fourth time. I'm going to have my own son in about a week or so, and I had to stop reading at chapter 14. I wanted to say, rereading this from a mother's perspective, this fic is really a magical experience. Sorry to sound so corny, but the way you interpreted the hurt Inuyasha felt, and the bond of a family... it's so beautiful. It's so perfect. I have to go and cry now, but I wanted to share that with you. Thank you from the deepest bottom of my heart for writing this, for now I am truly understanding all of it in a way I never imagined I could ;D.

sorry, i needed to add to my review, you write so well that this is my twenty-third(literally) time reading the whole story and i still get the same emotions i got when i first read it. I wasn't a member of Mediaminer until I decided that I wanted to write you a review. I barely joined up like 1 or two days ago and I was trying to remember the title but I remembered that the first chapter was on Fanfiction.net and when I went to look for it I got the title and I came back so I could read it until the epilogue so I could write the review. Your work is like so amazing and realistic that I could swear that you were Rumiko Takahashi writing an alternate ending to the manga series. Keep up the good work and I'm 1000% certain that you could become as good as her. I'm totally not joking. If you were to send this story in to her company or something and ask her to look it over, I'm absolutely positive that she would like it a lot!!!!

I really liked this story, but there's a little something that's been bothering me. I honestly think that you should have taken the last few chapters where the family was in the future and made those into a seperate story because the original story really ends when the Jewel is purified and everything else really deserves to be a story of it's own.

Wow. That pretty much sums it up. This is an exceptional story, you definitely have enough talent to get published in real life if you chose to do so. The characters were developed to a degree that I've almost never seen in fanfic before, and even when introducing all of Kagome and Inuyasha's adopted children I wasn't discouraged in the slightest. Usually a large amount of OC's gets to me. Usually authors get hung up on that aspect and it quickly spirals into a boring story. Thank you, for the wonderful story. You must have put a lot of time and effort into this, and I have to thank you for being one of the few authors who can bring tears to my eyes. It's been a long,long time since I've read something this good, and I've never found another Inuyasha fanfic even come close to this. :) Thank you so much!
