That was just...so many thoughts come to mind. Give me a moment to collect myself, please. **picks jaw up off the floor, checks pulse, shakes head madly to clear cobwebs** Okay, I'm good. That was like life and the ever expanding vastness thereof. I couldn't help but wonder, "Has P.H. Wise had a near-death experience?" I was drawn into the worlds, the colours, the sensations and awe, the wonder and terror, the mystery and the revelations and I wanted to open Pandora's Box along with the painter... So, I followed him to that place where his guide suggested he not flee, for I was as entranced and enamored with the unknown as he seemed to be. His curiosity fed mine, you see. It wrapped around me with wires and twigs, with thorny branches and hooks and I was as much a willing participant as an unwittingly sucked in participant. And I followed, P.H., and I was blown away. Many theories ran through my head and my stomach lurched and my skin crawled and my mouth ceased functioning as a emitted a soundless gasp and my jaw proceeded to hit the ground. His pain became mine--not in the physical sense but the emotional and mental. GAWD, I went on a journey with the story. I really don't know how else to describe this. As a person that trulya appreciates good art in all its forms, I couldn't help but melt into this plot, wanting to see the end, to see if my random theorizing would bear fruit, but also loathe to see this tale end. It scared me, really, REALLY scared me, what might happen to him--to me--if we both ventured further into this world and the sights and sounds and expressions and understandings and we knew it all and nothing at all and just as I was about to pass out from sensory overload, we both came back from the brink. I was still catching my breath as the light of this mundane life came back into focus. With all I'd been shown, I was in a state of shock (thought that seemed like such a generic term, now)...yeah, Jack has the right idea... I'm gonna rest now and reflect. I KNOW there's a deeper meaning in this that'll come to me when I get some chocolate, Pepsi and my bed. That rambling, that off-color commentary, was the best I could do. You see, I've been thoroughly awed and I couldn't just say some old "That was good!" or "You're really talented!" It wouldn't work, you see. I just needed to phrase it the way I put it. I'm sorry if you fell asleep on that. This was...**looks for Thesaurus**...let's just say, it is what it is and what it is is mind boggling!
