It amazes me that I haven't read more InuYasha fanfic considering how much I love the series. I found this fic through the fanart for it, believe it or not. I have never read Sess/Kag fic before because I didn't think I'd like it. I'm usually a very avid Inu/Kag fan, but I must admit that I simply Loved this fic. It is simply beautiful. I am far to empathic for my own good, and as such, cried throughout most of this fic. Your writing is very eloquent and emotive. No matter the genre, I have always felt that a story is more enjoyable if the author can make me truly feel what is being felt by their characters. You have done that here. Masterfully done. i know since this is an older fiction that my review will probably never get read, but I couldn't help but review. normally, i don't like the kagome/sesshomaru pairing at all, but this fiction was so beautifully done that i rather enjoyed it. excellent work!

I know you're most likely heard this before, but it's just beautiful. There's no other way to describe it. It had so much feeling in it and it more than likely makes other people feel like that, too. I know it did to me. I cried. It's just so sad with maybe not happiness but...something else there. It's good. Really good. I don't know how you write like that but if you keep doing it, it could definatly take you places.

I don't cry over books or movies. I refuse to. But that story made me tear up more than anything else I've ever read! It was beautiful and, dare I say, inspiring? I wish I could write like that. I always liked toying with the idea of Sesshomaru and Kagome together, but I never knew how you could get passed Sesshomaru's utter hatred of humans. But the way you wrote it, it doesn't seem farfetched at all! Pleeeease write a sequel, if you can; I don't think I could but then again I am far beneath your skill level! Please write more if you can find the time! ~ Aya-chan

What a great stroy, and I used to be so against a Sesshomaru/Kagome pairing, now I'm in love with it. I can't tell you how many times I cried reading this. Thank you for writing it, this was the epitamy of fanfiction.

just as everyone else has said...tears, tears, and more tears. this fic was absoluteley beautiful. even the way you portrayed kagome's overwhelming grief was something remarkable. to have written this with all of its sadness then include all of the hope for happiness is truly a talent that not many authors have. and let me tell you, i am a very picky reader. i will NOT review a story if it is not a 10. i will not even finish a story if it is not well written in every sense! good job. (your english teacher doesn't know what they are talking about. they'll give a degree to anyone nowadays!) ;P
