So glad the aliens finally let you go! This is an amazing story, and it was a really pleasant surprise to finally see it updated after so long. It so deserves a happy ending! This is a must read-story, with excitement throughout all chapter and a fantastic job with getting all the characters right. Thank you for not giving up on it. Looking forward to the next update already. |

I am sitting here trying to think of what I could say to let you know how much I (as a fan) appreciate that you came back to finish this great story. Count on me to check back in on this story. I thought it was a great one,and have thoroghly enjoyed every chapter. It looks like we are going to have a satisfying ending of some kind possibly. A terrible ending is different but leaves the reader unhappy (I think.) I would have never guessed how this chapter has proceeded with it's new direction and how good it has turned out to be. Amazing chapter. You have twisted the plot, again...! What is happening with Inuyasha? Will he ever be himself again? Will Kagome be able to stay by his side? Phenomenal. Wheezambu, I can't tell you how moved I have been by your story. I read it for the first time in mid August 2012, and I just couldn't tear myself away, I read it in two days. After riding this wild emotional roller coaster along with Kagome and Inuyasha, I felt nearly ragged and bleeding, and when I reached the end of Chapter 36, my rasping, sleep-deprived voice cried out, NOOOO!!! How can it be unfinished!!! Sad and broken, I assumed that after 3 years it was foolish to hope for updates, but determined to hold onto a stubborn shred of hope anyway, I kept searching weekly when checking on other stories I am following, and...WHOA!! You updated!! I couldn't believe my eyes! You more than made my day, my week, my month... OK, so this is cheesy gushing! Fine. But I just love the way you write. I hope you find a way to carry this to the end. I will follow you all the way. I hope you give Kagome and Inuyasha a way to find happiness together, you have made me fall in love with both of them all over again, and they do so DESERVE happiness. Ok...so today started off horrible. My wonderful little pet sugar glider Jack had to be put to sleep this morning. So there I was still in tears a couple hours later checking my email...and what do I find? You updated!!! You saved my day..seriously... I've been following this story from the beginning and I'm blown away by how amazing it is...and for the past couple years now I was afraid it would remain one of those wonderful amazing and unfortunately unfinished epics that I have a tendency to run into...but you updated!!! Keep up the amazing work...I'm anxious to see how this all works out...you had me worried the past couple chapters that it wouldn't end well..but this one...theres a little hope there I think... Hey I totally get 'real life' getting in the way, but I'm so very glad indeed that you didn't abandon this story and do in fact still plan on finishing it. Those pesky aliens! Dark and sketchy, as always. Looking back, one of the problems with this story is that the plot moves in a lumbering fashion, as if you hadn't really planned out where you were going ahead of time (a hazard of fanfiction). It's also hard to tell what happened in which chapter. Giving chapters names usually helps with this last. I do like the presence of hunger and cold and sickness in this story, and not only because it's something that most stories gloss over. Kagome is being pulled in many different directions at once, some of them very simple. |
