| "FAKE in Love: Act III, Pistols and Passion" Reviews/Comments [ 10 ] | Title: Nice!

Comment/Review:
Now that I've read Act I - III, I think it's time for a little review. I don't really know what to say, except that I enjoyed all three stories very much. Sometimes the tension was resolved a little too quickly in the end, but that's okay - there are already enough endlessly angsty fanfics out there. Speaking of angsty - it's nice to read some stories that are not overly emotional and melodramatic for a change. Besides, I like how you included Ryo's family, and the fact that his grandfather was involved in the drug business was a big surprise! Now he certainly won't have any contact with his family anymore. One thing that was annoying and funny at the same time was how you always made something - Bikky, a knock on the door, the doorbell, a telephone - interrupt Dee and Ryo whenever things were warming up between them! Grrr! :D You really like to torture them (and your) readers, don't you? But this was very true to the manga. And at least we always get our lemon in the end. Ah, bliss. The UST in your fics drives me crazy. I love the build up to the sex. I love that your stories have a great plot. I love that your Ryo is not a teenage girl. I love your interactions with Dee and Bik. Love, love, love your series. Please keep writing.

I really did like this one but it just not as good as the past ones I've read anyways you did have me lol in my office and making everyone think I'm crazy so you do get points for that well it on to act IV for me hehehe and I know I'm no where near finish but I was wondering if you finished this series for good? I really hope not it would be a total bummer if it is well anyway more reading for me!!!

Wow. This one was also great. you'r fic's are really well planned with memories and the backgrounds. You have done such a great job with everybodies pesonalitys. And the plot is soo good. You really make the true fake spirit in to you'r fic's. I hate the bad guys and love the good guys. I just want to kill Martin myself and Ryos granfather to. And you describe the action scenes so well, with all emotions and feelings and thoughts. Wow. I love your fics. I'm going to read act V tomorrow. Keep up the good work. ^_^

This was as amazing as Act I and Act II! I liked the twist at the end... I was surprised! I absolutely adore the way you write Ryo and Dee... it's like a completely in-character continuation of the manga! The lemons are perfection(!!!)...the perfect combination of emotions and intense passion...it simply gives chills to read it, it's so good! I hope you write lots more FAKE fics, because you are definitely THE BEST writer in this fandom!

Grumpy Demon - It has become a ritual for me to look for a new fic of yours everytime I come to mediaminer. You can't imagine how happy I was when I logged in and found Act III waiting for me. Once again you've created a story which simply took my breath away. You've created such a wonderfully interesting world, which remains true to the spirit of Sanami's original creation, while continuing to flesh out the characters so nicely. I know I've commented on it before, but how you give Diana such a vibrant personality while keeping her completley professional: yours is my FAVORITE portrayal of Diana I've come across. You also maintain Dee's passion and vitality, without turning him into the sex crazed blundering idiot that so many authors turn him into. In your fics you can tell not only that he desires Ryo completely, but that the reason he does is because he loves, admires and respects him so much. And again, what you do with Ryo - Making him brave, courageous, passionate and sensitive at the same time. Few authors are able to capture the gentleness and strength that are simultaneously Ryo, and you do a wonderful job. In your stories it's easy to see why Ryo and Dee make such a great couple. This last chapter also focused a bit more on the criminal storyline, which was well done and totally believable. I thoroughly enjoy how threads you began in the first two stories tied together here. WELL DONE! Now please please please tell me that you are working on an additional chapter!

See what I mean? It's an open invitation for an act IV!! I hope u'll consider it. Can u tell I am hooked on ur fics? lol Well Grumpy Demon, it's been fun. I've read all three of ur fics and fell in love with them all. I'll be looking out for any future fics from u. But remember one thing: Never give up, especially on ur writing. Wow. I really don't know what to say. Ur talent seems to never fade. U always keep me impressed with ur writing abilities and wanting MORE! I can't believe that the FAKE acts are finally over though, or so I assume since u didn't say that u would be making an Act IV. I really do hope that u will be making more FAKE fics. Well what can I say about all three FAKE acts...First off I am very impressed about how u get ur ideas. They seem so realistic and involved with the original manga series. Second, I love how you let Ryo's sexual character develope over time. He's still very shy, but is getting more and more bold when being sexual with Dee while still being submissive. That's how I really believe Ryo to be. U've done so well with his character. Better then any other FAKE fics out there in my opinion. Third, I like the fact that u left us wondering what would happen next and not make it all in one chapter. U made ur stories very detailed, took ur time to draw them out, and made them nice and long. That's what it takes to be a real author. I commend u. But seriously, have u thought about making an Act IV? There's still so much that is left to be found out! What's going to happen to Diana and Drake? Will there be a wedding? Or will Rose do something about that? What will happen to Ryo's grandfather? Does Ryo have anything to say to him? Will his family members ever accept him now? And of course, it's always fun to watch Ryo and Dee's relationship grow more and more. See what I me |
