Now that miss Rachel has suckered me into all the Bleach I can get my hands on, I can finally read and truly appreciate this piece ^^ You really do have some of the best characterization of the Bleach fics I've waded through and I know I haven't seen anyone else do that well with Rukia

This was a lovely IchiRuki story -- I totally enoyed reading this! (And it was Ichigo's birthday recently, too!) The part at the end where he bought her all the merchandise just made me go "Awwww...." and melt inside. Ichigo's so sweet and thoughtful! Thank you so much for writing this piece. YAY for Bleach goodness! You're progressing so much as an author, and I just had to comment. It's both a joy and privelege knowing you, and I remember reading this fic for the Evil Spring contest and identifying with Rukia so easily! Her innocent 'fear' of this 'evil' was just too reminiscent of childhood, of my own children having irrational fears and misconceptions of evil, and I think that it is easy to forget that some evils are more abstract, and that really, it's all a matter of perception. Thanks for sharing this oneshot, and it truly deserved to be recognized.

I love this fun little story from you. The scene with the Manager was so perfectly in character that I could hear Shinichiro Miki speaking in my head. Rukia's actions are also very in character, she is both childish and mature like she is in the anime. Her crusade to liberate Chappy is something I can see her doing. My only wish was that I wanted more. Thank you for writing a great little Bleach fic!
