So I know this story is really old but I found it and decided to check it out. It sounds like so many stories I have heard before Duo gets betrayed, betrayer brings Duo back, and Duo sitll wnat revenge. But the way you write it is so much better and the fact of Heero just switchign sides and becoming human... And Wufei? So many quesitons so little anwsers! Great work! I am hoping to convince you to update... We will see if ti works...

Lovely chapter! No major things are lost, except to poor Q. Now Duo is inside Heero's room, the possibilities are endless. He can now make and eat sandwiches on Heero's bed, leaving all the food crumbs behind. He can use up Heero's towels to dry his long hair, and leave the wet towels all over the furniture. He can also make good use of Heero's bed as a trampoline to exercise. Duo should really obtain one or two dogs, to accomplish him to pass the day and to chew up Heero's furniture and shoes. When Duo cooks, he can burn the food; ruin all of Heero's pots and stove. And don't forget: Major microwave oven explosion! And of course, toilet flushing should be optional, especially after finishing a big job and Heero is returning.

I'm so glad you updated! I know you've had some major events recently, and what can you do when the muse takes a vacation? Interesting disclosure about Quatre. Is it just luck or another special skill? What's up with Zechs - does he think he's fooling anyone? I feel so badly for Duo. He fought alongside Heero and now must feel so betrayed. To see his "friend" looking happy, smug, and human in pictures with strangers and their once enemies. You've done a fantastic job of totally confusing me. I want to believe that the peace is valid and Heero's mind is finally balanced and that he'll be able to explain things to Duo. That poor kid's been through more than enough crap. I can't wait to see how this ends up, 'cause it's all about as clear as mud right now. I so love this confident, arrogant Heero! Another wonderful chapter, Xe!

wow! i can't believe that u've updated this fic! i thought u had abandoned it but o well it hasn't. heero's definitely changed. after you had described the room and his pics i wonder if he really was ok having turned traitor to the colonies. and describing the pic with relena and zechs makes me wonder if it was better for him to have done so in this fic. maybe duo's too stubborn himself for not realizing that heero is better than he was before, but i will have to admit that it does sound disturbing for heero to act that way still because he did undergo some sort of mind change. and what's with zechs and quatre's relationship? update again soon hopefully!!!!!

I'm so happy you updated this fic, I love it so. I'm glad you spared Quatre; the little vignette with Trowa helped raise the believablity factor. He has more than empathic Newtype skills, it seems - does Treize know? I suspected Zechs cared for Q as more than just an underling from the way he reacted to the attack, nice to have confirmation. Poor Trowa, poor Wufei, poor Duo... Duo is utterly caught in the trap and knows it but to Wufei that must have felt like the final betrayal. I see Heero has learned a lot about manipulation from Treize; and that keeping Duo safe in a gilded cage would make a certain amount of sense to Heero. Who was the 3rd mountain climber, I wonder? Who took the picture? I was half afraid Duo would wreck Heero's room as a protest. I know you can't command a muse but I'd dearly love more, soon.

Glad to see I'm not the only one curious about things like how the hell Relena got knocked up by Trieze of all people!!! You put such a humorous spin on Duo's opinion of everything he's observed; it is interesting that Sanq of all places would have a MS base and security complex. My heart went out to Duo when Heero disclosed the previous plans for him. I was choked up as he told Heero he hated him. For some reason, even though it was spoken so calmly, it just 'sounded' like a humongous crack of lightning. Poor Wu-man... Such a proud young man anyway, and once again in a round-about way, he's defeated by Treize. I wonder if he knew that Quatre was in that section of the palace? I'm still not sure about this Heero. Is he genuine? It sounds like it, but... Each chapter just gets better and better, Xe! This is a fantastic fic with an amazing plot. I wish you could update it every day, but unfortunately, you have other things going on - like RL and stuff, dammit. *Sigh* Ah well, I guess I'll just have to practice my patience exercises.
